As a kid who grew up in the 80s, this is exactly how I used to imagine my G1 toys worked! The attention to detail is amazing
I love how they got them looking exactly like the original cartoon. Well done. What I have been waiting for.
Finally, a Starscream figure that actually hides the tail wings when in robot mode. Pretty clever how they hid them too.

Hands down my new favourite Starscream. Incredible engineering and design. Those sections on the back of his "calves". I don't think I've ever seen a Transformers parts move like that before. The way he moves them halfway and then pulling the leg straight retracts it the rest of the way. Incredible. Absolutely on the wishlist.

I consider THIS 2B the best "$tarscream" transformers figure I've ever seen thus far!!!! (Among it's many "hidden-features," Are those awesome missiles that convert into his classic "Null-Ray" weapons!!!!) 🤗

Okay... I'll give em props, this figure actually does some really clever kibble management and especially the Null Rays. It's also far better than the original MP Starscream, so mission accomplished... now time for them to milk the ever loving shit out of this mold for Thundercracker, Skywarp, Acidstorm-

@@explodingdynamite7319 I'm honestly even surprised they did the fake chest, I thought the way the nose cone was splitting, it was gonna be the real one anyway. At the very least it conceals pretty well

Yet, Starscream killed Megatron. Also, Starscream shooting with Megatron in his hands is the most effective thing in all G1 in finishing autobots.

Watching other reviewers struggle with this over the last few days has made me wonder why hastak even bothered with this new version, but after watching this and seeing someone actually able to transform it correctly I totally get it now. It's actually way more impressive than I thought!
Imagine how many kids would have had a fit trying to figure this out if this was the G1 version
WOW, this is a real masterpiece. It takes about twenty something years for a popular charming villain character to have an almost perfect correct figure, and also transformable. How talented the designer is. All together, much thanks to the modern computer aided design technic. How brilliant the technics are.

Null rays were pretty clever.
The tail fins were scary, but the nose cone spin was terrifying. They should have used a metal hinge there.
That is just amazing. The amount of engineering behind that figure is huge.

Black magic, even. The kibble disappears in robot mode and the jet mode has never looked better. Hasbro pulled out all the stops.

God, there's like, 10 different segments on there that would make me terrified of accidentally snapping them off, especially with the wings.
There are some people indicated the tail fin is very fragile, so need to twist and turn with two hands
It seems way more durable than MP-11 just from looking at it. The wings look like they might actually stay tabbed in when repositioning the arms too.

I have little influence on English, but I always liked the Transformers toy.

Lol i waited for this for 8 months.First of all i love molding and paint underneath of wings,chest looks so awesome,articulation(no swivel)is great too,alt mode looks normal.i love how he's shorter than mp11 and rest of the new generation mps.Just looking forward to see rest of the seekers.Lovely great❤

Starscream may be an idiot, but the designers and engineers must have been guided by Primus to make this display piece. By the way, love the fact that they kept Screamer's heels intact.
I love when two features are respected: 1-the interior of the vehicle mode, and 2-the bottom side of the vehicle mode. This is one of the few transformers which accomplishes the first one, but sadly not the second one. Someone who looks it from behind can recognize chest, huckle and legs of the anthropomorphic robot.
well it has that look in the cartoon aswell. I guess it's trying to be cartoon accurate
The original MP Starscream already did the first one.
The huge glaring flaw with the second one is the fake chest that hangs below the jet mode like a giant sore thumb. Oof, that is a huge sacrifice for one fake cartoon accurate robot mode chest.
@@XENOS_Indie_Game_Dev it has a piece the covers it. It sounds like your saying the window piece is visable on the bottom but it has a panel that covers it up
@@Puppy_Hugs21 It may cover it up, but it does not hide how huge it is hanging off the bottom. It's an eyesore and it was the first thing I noticed in jet mode.

I never minded that for the Transformers. The null rays here, while they cleverly integrated both looks for the plane and robot modes, leaves unsightly gaps in them. I'd have rather them be separate and plug in like how it was done in the past, but that's just my preference.
It’s basically perfect if it weren’t for the fake chest cockpit hiding the real cockpit literally right behind it. I find that infuriating. Other than that this thing is perfect

Technically is this the 3rd version with MP-11 being the version 2.
3 versions to get it right. $300 entry fee and they still forgot to add a waist swivel Takara is a joke at this point.
I still prefer the second version. Cartoon accuracy makes them look less realistic.
The retool would be a 1.5 since its as much a different mold as the coneheads

@@MrOmgchimps pal, Starscream design can't realistically have a waiste swivel. Stop deluding yourself. And before you bring up Howling Meteor, if you look how it works you'll notice that it uses a fake cockpit piece that really stands out when turning the waiste.

@@blazingstorm9351 yeah, none of the seekers ever turned their waist in the series because it's physically impossible for them. The waist swivel is always added because people are obsessed with high poseability.
Okay, I'm willing to accept this one has some slick tricks. I've already got a masterpiece Starscream, but maybe I'll snag this mold when it comes out as Skywarp or Thundercracker.

Wow this is far less the mp44 and mp36 10,000 piece puzzle that I expected
This does everything it's supposed to it looks good in both modes it has the proper amount of accessories without being excessive and it has a couple of nice little gimmicks like the chest missiles and the transformation is quite clever
It IS too much accessories. The stand is shit and only works in 1 way. Sure you can adjust the stand to your liking, but as soon as you let go it falls apart. In robot mode the stand is entirely useless. The amount of extra faces is stunning, like do you really need an O face for it? A smirk and a plain face with a face switching gimmick would be enough, now it's just more junk cluttering up space. And it's height, it's stupidly short compared to anybody else, doesn't match up with anything

That scene from the film always struck me on how compared to the series, The Decepticons could suddenly shoot accurately, but not so for those Autobots.
This toy looks amazing but, I’d be hard pressed to change it more than once due to that complexity, one that if it took that long back in the show... the Autobots would’ve just driven away during it.
