One thing to remember about Shadow Ball, and why it did almost no damage even after the Special Defense drop, is that all Ghost type moves were based off Attack and Defense in this generation. The Special Defense drop on a physically damaging move is not something to worry about, at least not in this generation.

What annoyed me more than it should have is that syckoh said "my biggest fear is xatu" but he couldntv'e brought cat cause arcanine is level 53 and xatu is level 53.... Why did this annoy me?
ah typical scykoh, he doesn't have a clue that raichu is actually better at physical attacks than special attacks. he's just a weak pokemon. alolan raichu is a better special attacker. and too slow to ever attack first. and can't take a hit. at least kantonian raichu has a chance of going first xD
