This would later put Toyconvict in prison for ten years before he finally escaped. His next step was to find and get revenge on Matt for ruining his life. Toyconvict went from tournament to tournament, battle to battle, all to become strong. Vincent may have only won that one game, but I feel like he walked away from this tournament with his head held high and no regrets. There's always more tournaments, and he knows it. But that match? That was a once-in-a-lifetime chance, and by god he took it. I'm looking forward to seeing him in future tournaments.
Vincent just didn’t want to make it unfair for everyone else. He beat ToyConvict, and knew that Jo was rooting for Falco, so he let Falco win for Jo, and because he had already done something greater than winning a tournament. He defeated his fear.

Vincent was the only one who could stop him, and he was even willing to sacrifice himself if he had to. But wuhu island and his fans saved Vincent. He’ll try to win next tournament now that the evil toyconvict has been put away, and he WILL succeed. So 99-stock Vincent match when?
The kindness of the people of Wuhu reminded Vincent he had a reason to live, a responsibility beyond just beating the evil TOYCONVICT. He has fans out there, cheering him on, waiting for him (to do a 99-stock battle showcase, of course), and he's not so small a man he'd let them down.
I can imagine Vincent having the same mentality as Saitama Like, he finally finds someone who can challenge him, someone who doesn't get killed by him with one Vincent Kick. And he's not angry about, nor is he vengeful. He is ecstatic that he gets this chance to fight somebody who can not only stand up to him, but push him back. For the first time in maybe his whole life, Vincent is happy.

Both are proficient fighters, too, which made that psychological advantage all the more important. Toyconvict knows how to fight. It's what he does, and he does it well. The way he carries himself, the practice in his moves, everything shows that Toyconvict doesn't just enjoy a fight; he lives to fight. This kind of psychopathic joy is something that Vincent has never had, nor will ever have. However, there's one critical factor that separates Vincent from Toyconvict. To Toyconvict, fighting is nothing more than a hobby. To Vincent, fighting is an art.

Vincent never wanted to win this tournament, he couldn’t care less about that 1st place trophy. That was never his intention. All he wanted to do was to get rid of the evil toyconvict, to prevent the madman to destroy everyone else. Vincent was the only one who could stop him, and he was even willing to sacrifice himself if he had to. But wuhu island and his fans saved Vincent. He’ll try to win next tournament now that the evil toyconvict has been put away, and he WILL succeed.

The kindness of the people of Wuhu reminded Vincent he had a reason to live, a responsibility beyond just beating the evil TOYCONVICT. He has fans out there, cheering him on, waiting for him (to do a 99-stock battle showcase, of course), and he's not so small a man he'd let them down.

Like, he finally finds someone who can challenge him, someone who doesn't get killed by him with one Vincent Kick. And he's not angry about, nor is he vengeful. He is ecstatic that he gets this chance to fight somebody who can not only stand up to him, but push him back. For the first time in maybe his whole life, Vincent is happy.

Wow, that Vincent and Toyconvict fight was intense! The harrowing past that the two share definitely got into Vincent's head, and Toyconvict knew it. Both are proficient fighters, too, which made that psychological advantage all the more important.
Toyconvict knows how to fight. It's what he does, and he does it well. The way he carries himself, the practice in his moves, everything shows that Toyconvict doesn't just enjoy a fight; he lives to fight. This kind of psychopathic joy is something that Vincent has never had, nor will ever have. However, there's one critical factor that separates Vincent from Toyconvict. To Toyconvict, fighting is nothing more than a hobby.
To Vincent, fighting is an art.
