I am so excited for you and your family, just started watching your channel for the last few months, and hope the very best for you all. May God continue His hand on you all. Happy homesteading!
When the eggs are real dark you can float them in warm water to see if they move. One of my babies looked lethargic and I gave her some B-cell vitamins for show chickens, perked her right up.
We waited 24 days and I am glad we did because the last 2 hatched that day . Add glass beads or some kind of rinsed rocks into the waterer so chicks don't drown .
Oh my gosh! Yall's chicks are so cute!!!! Hope y'all all the best with your new chicks! And thanks for the Q shout out, I got so excited when I saw it. See ya in the next video!!!!!!
Two of my hens just hatched out ..4 but we lost one. Two more hens setting, just trying to replenish the flock. You had a great hatch out. Have a good evening
I hatched out 6 batches of my eggs this year…now I have plenty of eggs, and the deepfreeze is full of freerange roosters. I’ll keep about 25 hens and a couple roosters, maybe 3. I like having a full coop thru the winter, they stay more comfortable just with their bodyheat warming the coop. I don’t use any external heating source. Cheers from northern BC🇨🇦
Congratulations 👏🎉 on your New Babies 🐣🐤🐥 I love this video and can't wait to show it to my Grandchildren ☺️ and hopefully they will witness some of our 🥚 hatching 🐣🐥 Thank you for sharing and God Bless You and your Family 🙏
I had my 1st egg hatch this morning about 4 hours ago I’m super excited 😆 1st Golden Laced Crested Polish & egg hatched ever 😊I’m a new happy chicken daddy 😂lol
🎉SO GREAT TO SEE THE KIDS SO EXCITED!! I'm just starting to watch your channel!! I am curious as to what kind of Pig 🐖 you have I never saw a fuzzy pig like a Lamb!?!? 🐑 Be Safe & GOD BLESS!!
Yep those are definitely growing and fertilized. I had the same exact incubator it works excellent right now I have some turkey and duck eggs and there they have 21 days left I can't wait they have a total of 28 days for both duck and turkey. Good luck on your hatchings! I'm going to put mine on my TH-cam channel as well because it's so interesting most people have never seen candling an egg it's very exciting especially for the little ones I have three grandchildren and they always want to see!😊
We hatched 3 of 6 this past Sunday and it feels so good to know your rooster and hen made those babies and that you and your family hatched them in an incubator. We understand because that’s exactly what we did😂😂😂 love it man
@@AcresOfAdventure I sure did!!! Nice hatch for you guys too!!! Actually sent the video to my husband to watch and I think he’s on board with trying to hatch some of our own this year too.
Blue and splash Marans don’t breed true. 50 % what you want 26 & 25 of blacks and others. I thought they were Blues when the chicks started hatching. You’re hatch rate was good on the shipped eggs. Thank the seller for awesome packaging.
The term i like to use is "genetic failure." Especially in animals that can have a high volume of babies, not every embryo is a winner. Some of them make it to birth, some don't. Some last a few months or even a couple of years, but ultimately... fail. This is something that happens in bearded dragons, too. That's why reputable breeders will generally wait at least 8-12 weeks to home baby dragons because by then most of the failures will have failed. Dragons can lay clutches of over 50 eggs. Not every one can be a winner. It's sad to see these things happen. I had about 3 or 4 eggs this spring that developed but never hatched. I also had a rooster who died at about 6 months old. Just sudden chicken death. Nothing wrong with him, everyone else was healthy, just ... dropped dead. My guess is he was a genetic failure with some sort of condition that wasn't obvious. Maybe a heart or other major organ defect. 🤷♀️ he looked otherwise fine and was pecking around the day before. You guys are doing great. Sadly, without death there is no life. By the way I totally called the breed! Lol. Saw the eggs and I was like "Marans." Saw the first one hatch and I was like "ah! Blue splash Maran!"
So happy for you guys!! Hatching out eggs is one of the best experiences!
It really is! Thank you so much
I just want to say that you’ve come a long way with your editing, good work man! Keep it up, awesome video!

I bought 13 silkies from eBay and need all the help I can get. This is my first time incubating and buying online eggs. Please post a video for me 🎉❤
What kind of chicks were they from the enay eggs
hi can you tell me what brooder you used to hatch them out? link?
Nurture right 360, i think

Did all of the eggs that you ordered hatch?
6 out of the 12 did!
God is so good
The black one is very rare,i know,im not really sure.
Chicks cheep for their mama ,so you need to imprint them as it makes for heathy well adjusted adults that won’t be frightened of you .
If you want a good success feed your baby Gatorade
