To figure out how much you can actually spend without going over the cost cap subtract the Projection (End of Season) from $139,200,000. At 28:46 , you can still spend $15,698,000 and not go over the cap after all the monthly costs for the year.
I've found out something. The reason why your engineer do not come back after sponsor plans is that you should go to your engineer team and hire them again! (Like scout team that you hire second or third scout)
Yea but sometimes that doesn’t happen I’ve done scout team less and then it will go back to normal after 6 weeks but then out of no where it goes to 0 it’s a glitch
I can’t believe you didn’t explain you don’t need to use the wind tunnel and Tech to design parts. I had no idea you could just design a part without those hours!
Got recommended over here after a comment on Zealands video when he tried this out. And I bought the game when I saw his video, cus it seemed stupidly fun. Played it myself for almost 2 hours with create a team etc, and I got omega overwhelmed etc, so refunded the game :P Now, after watching some of your videos, I think I'm gonna go ahead and buy the game again next month when the cash comes in again :P Amazing videos.
And the fact that this game isn't cracked/possible to get through pirate means, haiyaa!!! .... I feel I can't wait :P But thanks again for the videos :D
Totally agree with the no DRS in early development, this also helps you not over qualify. Early on you wont be using DRS to pass anyone in the race except against yourself. Great video, financials are a bit rough the first year for sure.
Mate this video is timed perfectly, I'm at Monaco, season 1, create a team, most difficult settings, lowest facilities. I'm running at less than 1M consistently, can't afford car development, hence can't risk higher race targets, hence lower payouts, stuck in a cycle. I made the mistake of having lots of upfront sponsor funding & investing in all facilities to bring them up a few levels. I'm trying to mitigate this by upgrading the tour centre, memorabilia centre, I'll take note of your hospitality centre point though. Thank you!
Jo Nero, have you tried running. Low pace, conserve and recharge for practice? I do belive this massively helps with saving gearbox and ERS aswell instead of engine only
I agree. Just finished my first season last night. Ran conserve tire, fuel and harvest ers during practices and didn't have to take one penalty all year. Luckily I didn't develop any faults on my components either
@@noboruryuu4345He probably do practice 1 only (like me) because practice is boring and you can't maintain those parameters on simulation im afraid. But for people who don't care doing all 3 sessions yeah that is really great to save components of the car, i can confirm.
@jackshridan2309 yeah, practice is boring but I have taken notes on setups so I'm usually pretty close to where I want to be early on in practice. So it's basically 16x on time speed and it only takes like 10 minutes to go through 3 practices.

So... Am I right in saying that for the first part (with all CFD etc applied) its good to use as many engineers as possible to get the part made quicker, because all the expertise will be assigned to the next part instead (IE lots of engineers part 1, 1 engineer part 2)?

Finances haven’t been my issue with this game. Sure, I am bumping up against the cost cap by the end of the first season, one season I went over by 1.5mil. My issue with this game is the Board expectations. I started with the worst car and worst facilities and the board wanted a 7th in the constructor’s for the season. After the first few races where I was finishing bottom four I got to a point where I was fighting for points, finishing 11th to 18th generally with my two cars. The board was “disappointed” for every race, the only time they weren’t disappointed was when I scores points which ended up being 2 races. I got fired as a result due to a loss of confidence.
On your main save. How do u have over 100mil cuz I’m so confused and wondering how u have so much. If there’s any chance or possibly make a video of how to make so much money and maybe get over 50mil to 100mil
Which save, the one with trying to get Piastri and Antonelli to 100? It's just time, by focusing sponsorship money into race rewards and hitting those targets I earn between 2-2,5M a race, that adds up over the course of a season.

I have a save in 2036 now and have over 300m - for me it’s a combination of being consistently successful, having the Mercedes engine so I have less faults, use less engines and don’t get stung having to buy new Powertrain parts, not over-developing the car during the season (I only run 1 design project per part, then the rest of my CFD & Wind Tunnel time goes into Research for the following season and gives a big boost for that season and the 1 Design Project per part is enough to keep the car in the top 1-3 Overall), Sponsorships I do the same as Nero, I also improved the cheapest buildings first like Helipad & Tour Centre, then season by season improved other buildings until everything was Maxed and I take charge of every race so that I can minimise the chances of my drivers crashing and costing me money! Oh, I also worked out that with Contracts for Staff and Drivers you can significantly lower their salary by paying them a Lump Sum up front! So I have Jonathan Wheatley, Pierre Wache, Gianpiero Lambiase, Peter Bonington and Peter Prodromou all on contracts with a Salary of 100k because I paid them all 500k in a lump sum - for some weird reason, you can get them down from 1/2/3/4m contracts by simply giving them 500k up front 🤷🏻♂️ With drivers I’ve never paid more than 3m for the same reason, 500k up front, 150k race bonus if they finish above a certain position and a salary usually between 1m to 3m - I got a 27 year old, 95 rated Antonelli who was on 26m a year at Ferrari for 3m a year, 500k up front and 200k per race win. Even if he won 24 races it still works out cheaper than paying him 26m
@@NJTRAF yeah I had a rocket ship when I had Oscar and kimi but maxed out my operations nearly maxed out the other 3 facility’s then the main ones I was gonna focus on that one too. Good tips thank u and I picked the Mercedes engine every season and won every race and every season I kept going in dept for the start and I needed to pick my sponsors and gived me more money. But when the next update comes out would be amazing for me and I hope they can try and get my save back cuz I was in 2030 maybe I would be in 2032 now but Nope I’m not. I’ll try and use these tips when ever I’m on the game and hope the next update comes this week and hopefully I can play the game peacefully without any problems and use these tips what use two told me. When your designing parts why do you never use the rank on grid view? Always stat view....i find rank on grid view is way easier for improving your car greatly and make it easier to understand exactly what does what and what the maximum potential of your car.... Every part i make i never lose stats ever trust me just try make a part how you normal do then when your done go to grid view just to see how many points your up then make the same part bit start with it on grid view
For people that still need help just use the best preset that gives you the most points on grid view then start to tweak the presets to get even more out of your part

Facility upgrades dont reduce your cost cap

This is a good guide, but I believe some costs (e.g Driver salary) don't count towards the cost cap

Turning durability down seems to be very risky as manufacturing parts for 2 cars really stacks up. 3mil away from the cost cap with six races left 😢

Price money gets paid out monthly over the course of the following season. So you need to save a bit before the end of the year for the first season.

You can yes, it is not going to affect the expertise gain from CFD/Wind. So you are perfectly safe in speeding this up with engineers and rushed.
Should I leave my drivers and staff training on balanced or focus on their weaknesses ?
Would probably focus on their most important attributes to be honest.

An older bug with the game. Level 2 factory is for sure worth it rather than having 10 engineers.
