Glad you enjoyed! We really appreciated the privilege we had to interview our grandparents and have a platform to share the valuable insights they have!
@@GottaBMePodcastbeautiful ladies I visited your grandparents church in Warsaw, In over 8 years ago. They were so kind and thoughtful of me even though I was dressed in secular clothes. Your grandma would text me and checked up on me in my travels.
I just watched this and your grandparents blessed me with so many gems. I will watch this again and take notes. I lost my parents in 2013 & 2017. Listening to them was like sitting at the feet of my parents and gleaning. You are blessed to still have them. Love on them & cherish every minute you have with them. ❤
Your grandparents are so right. If young people would just listen. I am exactly in your grandparents generation and I agree, I am going to continue to reach out to my grandkids (twin 10 year old boys), who at this young age think they know everything. I always told my students that you never stop learning. I learned as much from them as they did from me. Tell your grandparents that this grandma is going to continue to hang in there, sharing and serving.
Great interview, I think all grandkids should interview their grandparents at least once in their lives. I totally agree with the grandmother when she said basically if our children don’t respect us our grandchildren won’t either. And grandfather recognizing that him and his wife having different upbringing mattered.
The Wisdom and knowledge of this episode is awesome, I wished I could set down and talk with you all for hours. I totally agree with them. Thanks for sharing!
The shock of being looked upon as old, I'm almost 62!!! Your grandparents are my peers. I dont feel old, and yes, 70 isn't old , this figure goes up the older you get.....very good interview.

I wasn't in a rush to grow up when I was a kid but for some reason, I love the idea of being an "old lady" since I hit my 40s. 😂 Maybe I'd feel differently if I didn't have to remind people my age but I'm glad to be old enough to dodge ALL that young people drama!

Thank you for sharing this personal and uplifting video. Your Grandparents are elegant. I am my grandparents’ favorite. I have spent many hours with them, so I can relate. My grandmother was born in South Africa. She made it her mission to give me her history and insisted that I always respect my ancestors and respect books and education. My grandmother would not subordinate herself to any man, she was able to spit fire when needed. This video gives new respect and admiration for you both. You young ladies are on a good glide path and life will reward you. As always, best wishes.
Two of my most favorite people in the world! Your grandparents are the real deal. My family spent so many weekends in their home in Indiana supporting the work in Warsaw. They were parents to us and best friends. I love them dearly.

Wow, I really love this podcast. I’ve watched a few of your podcasts, but this as a whole is my favorite. Your grandparents are awesome and they have a lot of insight much love to them and you all as well🤗
I loved seeing this interaction with your grandparents. My mom was a single mom and if it wasn't for the support of her parents my life would have been bad. I miss them so much.
My mom always asked me if I think she was born yesterday. 😂 she always spoke to me in parables. I didn’t understand what she was saying then but as I got older I started to understand what she was telling me. I miss her a lot. Thank you for this interview with your grandparents. 👍🏽😃
I so enjoyed this 35 minute visit with you all. Such lovely, lovely grandparents. Young ones, you are very blessed to have them and you can believe that your grandparents realize how blessed they are to have you. Praise the Lord - that you are all His shows.💐❤️
I agree there has to be a willingness I know many elders who assume immediately that younger people don’t care and often young people think the elders don’t care so many people think there in it by themselves yes it is much appreciated when elders are willing to share the wisdom I appreciate this episode ❤ Pouring into our families and other should happen naturally and over time not just when we’re upset or disappointed in them because we assume we/ they were raised “right” we should be pouring in at all times not just when the mood is right pour into them from a very young age not when you’ve reached your breaking point
I've learned it needs to be when the young are ready to receive. I've poured all of their lives as children, but as adults, adulting is a matter that is received when wanted. And that season is on their terms, not on the elder's.
Awesome conversation ! I told my sister today that young people do not want to listen I’m a 65 year old woman with a lot of god given wisdom love your talks.
