Add onions.
Once they slightly browned add ginger garlic paste
Beaten curd
Full garam masala. Salt dried plum whole coriander seeds
Add water. U can add hot or room temp water
Once the water boils add sliced tomatoes green chillies green coriander leaves and mint leaves
Add 5 kg rice
On slow heat cook for 15 mins.
Then add biryani masala
Add chicken masala
Mix it well and serve

ما نقص مال من صدقة يا إخوتي..
