Very cool making miniature turn posts, but I would like instructions on how to make a pattern to turn multiple pieces that are all the same. I want to turn porch posts that are custom but I need them to all be the same. Could you do a video tutorial of that please.

I bought one of these lathes ( actually I accidentaly clicked twice and got two !! ) I had some trouble with it but now I see that I can insert the wood directly into the head only on one side ! what wood do you use, I have tried a couple and the effect is very grainy and not 'fine'. I am impatient of course !

Kerry Lacey lol check out Julie Warren she is here on TH-cam and makes furniture and has written 3 books on the how to’s of it and she is really good has a calm manner when showing how she makes the furnitures. Me I am collecting things to make my own dollhouse from the ground up 🙀😹 I have found out how to make bricks and the concrete blocks as well, I have a design programme for designing houses and I am using that to design mine as I finally worked out how to scale it all down in the programme 😹😹😹I just bought 2 of Julie’s books but have to wait for next payday to buy the last one 😹😹 I just love working with miniatures as I find it calming and allows me to focus, if it’s too simple then I get bored very easy 😹😹😹
