About the weather... you need patience and understanding 😌 ... I have a house on the other side of the mountain in Burgos and clearly Cantabria has a microclimate... All the clouds are generated in the Cantabrian Sea and sometimes (almost always) get trapped in the valleys of Cantabria. When it is too hot in my area I go up to the mountain passes of Cantabria and it is always cool and cloudy, for my delight. It is incredible the difference in the weather in just 5 kilometres. You can do the opposite and come to Burgos when the weather is bad in Cantabria . 😄 On the contrary, the quality of the air in Cantabria is unbeatable, I believe that this air contains the "molecule 0" of life. Pure regeneration 🙌🙌
Yes, it certainly is a microclimate here. And you’re right, every time we cross the mountain pass we’re so surprised with how different the weather is in Burgos, even though it’s so close 😄
Hi im from Galicia Spain. I start see your channel, interesting proyect. I hope im going to start my own proyect and i see a lot of videos about lime pointig. When you put the lime around the stones (there are so many techniques) and that start to dry (2 or 3 hours) use a wet sponge to make the surface smooth, clean the border of the stones, and push the lime to better fixation. (Sorry for my english). Saludos

We have lots of legumes in our diet. We only show some meals once in a while, specially if they are more unique ideas. There’s more going on behind the scenes, don’t worry.
Uhh that is a long and complex story (perhaps for a future Q&A), but let’s just simplify it by saying my parents where looking for the meaning of life and this lead me to having a really interesting and unconventional childhood 😃

You can put some kind of netting over trees/bushes with fruits to prevent birds from eating them. (saw it in @TheWeedyGarden)
