Dear agr aap public university mai apply karte hai or aap ki salary ugc norms k according h tbhi api mai count hoga -- (for example- delhi university mai ya us k clg main agr aap apply krte hai vha vo without ugc norms ki salary ko experience mai count nahi karte) Or api score increase krne k lie - aap 1. Phd 2 reserch papers par kaam kar skate hai
@repedu thank mam. I'm from Rajasthan. Yha pr i think pvt. institutions ka bhi experience count krte h (because most of the pvt Institute salary kum hi dete h). Aur sbhi university state level ki hi h. (Du, jnu, bhu mai to standard maintain rkhna hota h )but yha to Aisa kuch nhi h 🙂
This is all fraud… getting a selection has nothing to do with the interview…. Sab corrupt h… jiske pas approach or paisa h bas uska selection hoga… no matter how least qualified he is… or usko padhana aata bhi h ya nhi…!!
