API score me bhi corruption ka major issue tha new rules me aur jyda hoga. Exam based selection hi solution hai bkki ye promotion ke liye better rhega. Interview based selection me jaan pahchan aur nepotism ka issue underline sabko pata hai. Regular exam hote nhi assistant professor ka ye major issue hai ugc ko isko solve karne me focus karna chahiye ma'am. Criteria relax karke interviewer ko empower karna negative impact karega. Judgement issue hai professor apne knows ko interview me promote karte hai ye already plus outsiders ke liye opportunity nhi rhti aj bhi. Net exam and PSC exam hi unke liye open opportunity hai. APi atleast dedication show karta tha isme teaching demo add kar skte the. Aur regular exam conduct karne me focus karna better rhega student teacher ratio correct karna aur adhoc khatam karke regular vacancy nikalna better priority rhna chahiye tha. Private universities ka pay structure regulate karna aur at par karna chahiye tha unnecessary changes karke sabke liye open karne ka matlab apne knows ko easily recruit karna hai ma'am. Corruption increase hoga in the name of promotion diversity nothing else. Apne ideology ke logo ko system me le kar aao. Please discuss this issue in your video ma'am. One more thing ma'am pahle jiski kahi job nhi lgti thi upsc ssc PSC railway etc to vo school teacher ban jate the rule relax theuse quality aur kharab hua school education ka. Now ab same hoga universities aur higher education me. Higher authority ke bache upsc ki preparation karenge fir vaha nhi hoga to university me teaching karenge with equal pay as IAS. Practical level pr baat kre to wo person jinka API km h bt extra ordinary quality hogi to unhe consider kiya jayega. But iska fayda milega, good political relation and acha kasa amount dene walo ko, coz justify krne ka proper grounds nhi honge required. So yaha ye ek badi problem bhi rhegi.

@articlevikku2224 actually I want to said that sometimes, In case of artistics performing subjects, people just come to teach to the universities, with their educational score points , but in that cases , the practical knowledge is also an important part than the theoretical knowledge, I think this types of things should be come up on top !! And not only me , it's a good thing that UGC has been also started to think in this way

API score useless, MPhil, Phd, Publications useless, teaching experience useless, then how will you determine the actual talent? PhD sabji wala, PhD chai wala, MBA Dhobi wala? The new idea of becoming Asst.Professor is is just an idea of destroying the the ideal education system, because these professional will generate only chaiwala, rikshaw wala, sabji wala and all these nonsense.
