Also i want to know do the patient exhales while his/her mouth is over spacer mouth piece or they are doing it before they form a sealed over the spacer mouth piece

@@ogboiviolet83 any advise for that sort of scenarios pls. never worked in community or care homes. my background is theatre nurse. what kind of traps are there for community / care homes implementation? thank you
The new checklist says we should administer steroids first in case a bronchodilator and steroid are prescribed. My question is after giving one medication if they are different, do you have to clean the spacer and MDI?

You can get I. M and implementation in community, phq9 and must in care homes

You always call them their preferred names
Please are we not meant to ask the patient to rate the pain before asking him to do deep breathing exercise
That’s actually not necessary for administration of inhaled medication

Did u watch this video,because the inhaler was shaken for 2 to 5 secs before attaching it to the spacer device according to the marking criteria
