Mark, there is some good thinking but the execution is a little clumsy.
the fix has a simple formula though if you will listen to reason. take the renault twizy proportions instead, change the body shape a little to make it more aerodynamic (round front smoothly into a taper back). it's that simple. if you can do that you will be successful. if not..
more details could be improved with the twizy such as cup seats and wide seatbelts so you are held in place. maybe aero wheel covers.
I think I prefer the handlebars to the steering wheel.
I wish i were the person who talked to her in the gas station :) and stana is so beautiful and lovely :)
But if it got into an accident would she still be "safe"? Doesn't look like much between her and the outside of it if another vehicle happened to hit her....I think I would be leary of that major factor....

I have to agree with everyone's comments on here. She's an absolutely stunning woman. But seriously, how many people were staring at her because of the CAR? I mean, being a straight woman, I'd be staring because of the gorgeous gal behind the wheel! ;)
