Different writers. Much more intelligent humour. Not the new mainstream stuff. Funny in its own way but this is just perfection. Not limited but woke culture either!
Whole scene is brilliant. Love the Partridge's idea of small talk/party talk: 'So - what do you think about the pedestrianisation of Norwich city centre?'
This is so funny, awkward, cringey and sad all in one. It was a perfect scene. Michael's laid back humour and drunkenness ending in disaster, the other Mike's racism, the two giggling on the bed how uncool it is and the rage at the end which was sad to me! Alan was a prick but was tolerated/accepted somehow. Everyone played it well!!!
@@GrooveSpaceArk most of my comment was quite clearly a quote of Alan. The 'chalk penis' dialogue mainly but also Michael before and after was never ,..actually I'll just repeat my statement. There's no way Michael would have been the type of character portrayed in this scene...
Writing acting timing everything perfection
Michael needs his own tv series
With his brother and his Filipino wife - Michael’s ex wife 😂
God, I'm full of nostalgia. This was so much better than the recent "This Time With AP" series.

@@alextoft9199anytime someone complains of "woke culture" you can write them off as a complete fucking idiot.
That was a pretty hard slap! For real!

‘Marvellous. It’s all happening now’
Michael and Alan need a spin-off show. A Bear Grylls type survival show would be great
One of the best scene 😀
She didn't fit in with the culture of Newcastle so she moved to Sunderland

What was in that drawer?
A massive dildo according to the commentary
I've always imagined it's something like "Ladyboy Magazine". It'd fit into the canon, and link to the time he watched "Bangkok Chick Boys" on the TV..
It'd be neigh use to me
Let's be honest, there's no way Michael would have been the type of character portrayed in this scene. Ask yourself two questions, how and why?
Why not?
