The ‘only one chair in the living room’ scenario is made even funnier by the fact that another perfectly good armchair is being occupied by the Alan mannequin in the other room 😂
What's funny about the crying game is father ted also does a similar joke about it, given who he's pitching to i like to pretend they got the idea of the joke from alan lmao
@@judyhopps9380 he's an ardent anti trans advocate. Its fine to have opinions, but he spreads faux concern and anti trans messages to people through his media accounts.

1:11 - interesting line of conversation, considering now how obsessed Graham Linnehan (dark-haired Irish guy, creator of Father Ted) has become with transgender issues recently - seems to be all he talks about on Twitter in 2018!
There are a few odd little continuity errors in this series and the next one too however I only picked up on them on about the 30th time watching them. Like in the 2nd series where he goes to Dan's house and Lynn just walks in from outside without ringing and being let in. However the series are so funny I am happy to overlook those.

4:09 - when graham linehan quickly pulls his hand away from the mannequins head 😂😂
One of the most underrated lines in the entire show…..”As i see it God created Adam & Eve not Adam & Steve” 😂😂😂😂😂😂 Amazing! 😂😂😂

All the years I’ve been watching Alan & I’ve never even realised that, omg lmao 😂😂😂
That's some great observation
Maybe the funniest sequence in the whole AP world.
This whole episode was amazing, got to be my favourite.
@@kentonroyal4957 Absolutely! Classic from start to finish.

The ‘woman with the tadger” is the line that triggered Graham’s downfall.

"I'm an american" with the hand waving kills me each time
The crying game line and the ‘for friends’ line referring to bread being left outside are two of the best lines ever. Often use them myself
The 'for friends' line is absolutely brilliant! 😂
Alan is so far in the closet that he sees the trans character in The Crying Game as 'a woman with a tadger'!
@@davidz3879 indeed, it’s a man with tits!

So you actually leave a bowl of bread by the entrance to your front garden, just so you can use that line?
Woman with the old tadger.
Graham clearly wrote that line, got to get his fetish fuel in.
Why does the other guy follow them to the toilet
You didn’t include the best bit when Jed serves them tea in all different cups.
Pre, my family left me, Glinner.
The bowl of bread for? Friends (and his face afterwards) 🤣🤣
