very useful, specially the grouping trick, this way can we create a yearly s-curve and use grouping for monthly and weekly graphs too?

Thank you for your comment. Yes, you can. But I suggest you do not add more than two time scales. Because the visual won't be good.

    Hi Sir ,
How we add forecast date into excel sheet ?

It depends on the project information.
For instance, if you have a resource-loaded schedule with the budgeted unit, then you have the following options:
      1. Add "Cum Estimate To Complete Labor Units" to the Curve sheet » This will help you to monitor the ETC.
      2. Add "Cum Remaining Labor Units" and "Cum Remaining Late Labor Units" » This will help you to track monthly progress based on the project's current thresholds.
More options are available, but the user should select the best scenarios based on the project assumptions.

Hi Sir, nice sharing about the S-curve. I have one question, but this one can consider out of the p6 topic. As a Scheduler, how can I get the very proper and effective progress update from the team other than my own site visit and the progress info from the supervisors. I always try to figure out the effective way yet convenience to other team member to update me daily for the progress but sometimes, it can only be implement half way such as the simple table from excel. Need your advice regarding this. Really appreciate if I can get one from you. Thanks.

Thank you for your feedback 🙏. In the project we try to collect data from the field with Excel and P6 file, you should design it based on the project requirements, my advice some fields such as actual start/finish/progress/capacity of work should be considered in this file. for further discussion please join to GPC Telegram Group and let's talk about it!
