I’m trying to teach my dad to jump but I’m not having much look he’s says he doesn’t like jumping but I know I will love it when he can do you think you have any tips for him
Start on something small and just keep practicing until you feel comfortable on the bike and comfortable leaving the ground. Then gradually work your way up to something bigger. You can watch endless videos on how to jump and it can all get really confusing and can feel robotic when your trying to remember what to do when. I think the magic starts to happen when you stop thinking too much and it starts to feel natural. No video really explains what it feels like to be 6ft up in the air but when you get it right it feels amazing.Good luck with your dad 😊🤟

It's the Bikepark at Sherwood Pines. They've redone all the tables. Well worth a visit if you've not been for a while ☺️
