Hey Greta, you are so cute and that avocado toast looks sooo delish!!! Yes, I have tried the foam coffee. I wasn't going to but since I love coffee I decided to give it a try! It looks prettier than it tastes but maybe I need to profect it. It's actually easy to make! I always go to my iced coffee. Yum! I'm blessed to still be working with some of my nanny children so they keep me busy during the day! :)
Yes, I tried whipped coffee it’s really good and surprisingly easy. If you use an electric hand mixer and put it to the highest level it’s super quick. To make it look cool only whip some of your coffee then drip the unwhipped coffee over the milk and ice it looks really cool, then put the whipped coffee on top. It’s like a cloud machiotto. (I can’t spell 😂)

I LOVE the Trader Joe’s Everything Bagel Seasoning!! I eat bagels with vegan cream cheese, fresh basil, tomatoes, and the everything bagel seasoning! It’s SO GOOD!

Late to the vlog, but my mom makes some bomb ass homemade granola... here is the recipe: GRANOLA 2 1/2 to 3 cups regular rolled oats 1/2 cup wheat germ 1/2 cup almonds (sliced) 1/2 cup sesame seeds 1/2 cup sunflower seeds 1/2 cup coconut Mix the above ingredients together in a 9 x 13 baking pan. Drizzle over the top: 1/4 vegetable oil 1/2 cup honey (I use a little less honey) Bake at 325 degrees. Every ten minutes or so, take out of the oven and stir, and then return to the oven, repeating the process until the granola is dark enough. (Total cooking time: 40 to 60 minutes.) When it's cool, add raisins or other dried fruit. IT'S SO GOOD!
The Whipped Coffee is SO good... 2 tbsp instant coffee 2 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp hot water It does take a few minutes to fully whip! I put mine over almond milk, it was delicious!
