- Time to bring back the classics. Well this book is actually book 2. Book 1, "Against Giants" was never made into audiobook for some reason. (Maybe i shall do it if i get the chance). Anyway, enjoy the show...
A remorseless ranger.
A sentient hell hound pelt with a penchant for pyromania.
An irksome pixie who sells intrigue and information.
Three companions who find themselves trapped in a city filled with warring priestly factions, devious machinations, and an angry fiend. To save the city, they must find three weapons of power, which lie in the most trap-laden, monster-infested place this side of Acererak's tomb: White Plume Mountain

I read these 25 years ago and even got my girlfriend to read them. I loved this series and am so glad you put these on here. Thank you ❤️
The part where Polk brings all the traditional dungeons and dragons adventuring gear, save the ten foot pole, was hilarious.
Agreed. 😂
Polk is the man!!
Wait, so this is Justicar and his group and not just a misleading bit of art for a thumbnail? Nice!

I'm really impressed with the narrator. Really has an impressive range of character voices.
Oooooh I just love Escalla (or however her name is spelled ❤❤❤
And Cinders!😂
Yep one of the funniest stories I've read or listened too. The narration and different accents make this a winner. If they could actually make a good movie out of a book this would be one too look at
love old time tales ,love the narrator great job
THANK YOU For sharing these Amazing Audiobooks! I grew up playing in Greyhawk WAY back during the 1970's
Enjoy.
Al Qadim, Lankhmar & Greyhawk were what `our older siblings´ played, though I fell for Birthright's idea. The novels were also fun, as some listed the character stats of the protagonists & villains in the appendix. 🤗
no, you didn't, your ilk don't and can't play intelligent games
My third time listening to this book here at The Inn over the last few years! Thanks from Milwaukee Wisconsin 🇺🇲🧀
Hudson here.
Escala is the most righteous Character.❤
Bout 7th lol 😂
This is sooo good and narration is second to none
I lost my print copies of these books and I am glad that I can listen to them, but having read them so long ago I have forgotten how funny they are.
I read this book 20 years ago. It's great hearing it as an audio book now.
My favorite trilogy of any books. I have listened to them multiple times.
Same. Bout 7 times now.
How can that be? The first book was never turned into an audiobook.
Same!
The only book of this series that was translated into Polish was the one where they fought Loth so It's nice to listen to the whole series thank you it was really strange to listen to the last one with no contexts
Thank you so much for this series I looked for this an hoped someone was smart enough to make a Greyhawk library on TH-cam. Your the goat 🐐
Very nice one -- tyvm
This Scottish / ethically dubious fairy is an interesting character concept. Plus the sentient / pyromaniac hellhound pelt is just the cherry on top.
Love this. Thank you for doing this. I read these years ago and now to get experience them again.
hope you make more old time magic tales, they are the best way to use your imaginaton
I ve been listening to these audiobooks non stop for the last week or so. I love your work!
This is one of my favorite books ...thanks sooooo much watch there back and forth relationship. it's great. Thanks again
I've never heard this before my first time and I love it I'm gonna. Listen to every last one
Great writing from a rea l gamer & cool voices
I've tried a fair few BRatInn series. I keep repeating the Justicar/Escala books. Everytime Escala is "Mostly dead" which is not "All dead" All dead only thing you can do is rifle through their pockets for loose change, i still get anxious, and sad 😂 Goddamn i wish there were more of them.
My favorite book when I was 12
Our hero thought he was a helicopter, but he was just a car.
Aside from the weird vibes from the writer's focus pixie ass i really like this story. I think i made the same comment last time you had this up. It's probably the overprotective parent in me. There's just some strange extra sensory power you get when you become a parent. Its like a golden rule kinda vibe. Idk... Anyway, thanks so much for throwing this and other great books back up for us. These really help me get through work every day.
Maybe the writer is a pixie-phile :D:D:D
@@blackratinn lol. Well put. Exactly!
Hey, this did wonders for me as a kid 😅
Really cool getting to hear this again decades later.
Looking more into the author and... Yeah. Very bad vibes.
@@DIEGhostfish that's what I thought too. I was so weirded out by how he was talking about that pixie I also looked him up and thought the same after learning a bit about "them, her, him?" Idk, but most def bad vibes.
Cinder ❤
Thank you!

🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thank you 👍🍻
The evil fake paladin couldn't open the magic door without the blood of a good being.
Is this the start if the series or are there other books I should read first?
Escalla the fairy is my new waifu.
"One more lil waifu, Monsieur?" *MR Creosote blows up* Escalla is THE BEST GURL EVER. EV. ER. NUFF SED.
I think i ate a Fairy 😂😢 1:39:35
Is this D & D lore?
Fan fiction, LOL
Greyhawk was the typical setting for first edition D&D. Older than Forgotten Realms and certainly not as well fleshed-out. But it was a setting for multiple early modules, some of them became video games.
Thanks, almost done with this book. Great to listen to while driving of work around the house.
Do you have any of the Gord the rogue books?
Gord the Rogue - Night Arrant [Dungeons & Dragons] (Audiobook) on youtube
I read this whole series many years ago. It was fun but not anything great. I think I liked it simply because it was in Greyhawk and reminded me of playing AD&D in the late 80s and early 90s. At least the modules were familiar.
6:35:00 They enter the dungeon.
Escala is plucked right from a Disney movie…
