    This video of building the Zoho Bot using the Codeless Builder will focus on the flow of the conversations of the bot. Go over to the ZoBot settings, choose the configured bot and click on Bot Builder. In the Bot Builder page, you can specify the flow of the conversation and add cards from six different block types.
    The Response Blocks send information to the visitors, Input Blocks collect data from visitors, Action Blocks perform specific actions, End Blocks conclude the conversation, Data Blocks specifically collect data from visitors that are typed on their keyboard, and finally Integration Blocks perform integrated actions in the flow of the conversation such as if you want to add to visitor to your mailing list as the contact in your Zoho campaigns, or associate a ticket to a particular visitor if Zoho Desk Integration is enabled etc.
    The flow of the conversation will typically involve different blocks and cards based on how you want the bot will respond to the visitor but you want the conversation to feel as if the visitor is talking to a human operator and not a bot. Once you’ve finished creating the bot you can test it by going to the Codeless Editor and clicking the Test Your Board button. You can see there how the bot will respond to the visitor and the flow of the conversation. You can click Set Back if you want to go back to the previous conversation, or click Restart to go back at the start.
