Small anecdote to add to the moonpod hate. I work for a company that brought it up as a cure for employee anxiety (the CFO saw it on Insta) and left it up to me to try to import it into Canada. I warned them with your video and just a sprinkle of common sense (beanbag ≠ meds/therapy/money for cost of living) and suggested a way cheaper and local bean bag provider, they basically gave me a "you're too young and inexperienced to know what's up" response, had me do it any way and for low price of $1700+ import and express fees they set it up said it sucks and had me pack it up pay $480 more CAD ($5 USD) to send it back and had a genius idea of getting a local and cheaper bag, and I get to just read about the CFO ingenuity in the company circle jerk email from the shipping logistics closet. Sorry for the rant, the moonpod just brings it out of me 🌝🚀🌝🚀🌝🚀

The whole point of flushable wipes is that you *can* flush them. It's not the end of the world if a couple go down the toilet. But you're not *supposed* to flush them all of the time. That makes no sense unless you owned something other than a Tile. The only way to get a Tile to ring is by using the app. You can't connect a Tile to more than one account (I know this for a fact because I've tried). So that means the only possible way this story could be true is if your friends were all logged into YOUR Tile account. And rather than just... oh idk... change your password to get them out of your account, you just let them run the battery dry and make everyone in the library hate you lmfao? Like why would you make up a story like this that's so easy to debunk as bullshit rather than say like "my friends bought a Tile and hid it in my bag to make it go off all the time"

Sorry for the rant, the moonpod just brings it out of me

CFOs and CEOs are so full of themselves
You and Drew should meet up just to talk shit about moonpods and leave, i think you both, (but especially you lmao) deserve a huge vent about it
I would have fully just replied all with "I'm so glad you've finally come around to my original idea of sourcing the beanbags locally as per my email on [date]!" I fucking despise when people act like they get to take credit for ideas that they didn't have grrrrrrr
They were partially right, you're too young and inexperienced to know how to not type nigh-incomprehensible, run-on sentences.
Drew really got a full generation of people saying "Sure hope it does" for every "Road Work Ahead" sign out in existence.
Thank you for bringing awareness to the FARCE that is “flushable” wipes. As someone who had to pump their septic tank and irrigation lines last summer due to a neighbor’s use of “flushable” wipes … I have a personal vendetta. Those wipes have a special place in hell waiting for them
You ever heard of fatbergs? Will gross you out and hate them even more.
Yes I unfortunately have heard of them … they keep me up at night 🥲🤮
The whole point of flushable wipes is that you *can* flush them. It's not the end of the world if a couple go down the toilet. But you're not *supposed* to flush them all of the time. You're supposed to throw them away but people just read "flushable" and assume that's the main mode of discarding them.

I had a Tile keychain in high school. My friends liked to connect to it and set it off when I was in the quiet library because the little jingle was so loud and it was impossible to get it to stop until it had ran its course. Then the battery died because it was used so much. 10/10.
Like why would you make up a story like this that's so easy to debunk as bullshit rather than say like "my friends bought a Tile and hid it in my bag to make it go off all the time"
I checked all the auctions and listed them at time of writing (11:30pm PDT/6:30am GMT on 27/28 May 2024)
