    Nice! I will likely be moving to one of the switchbacks in the '21 season. Haven't decided quite yet which one though! Up to this point, I have stayed on 30x30, so maybe I run the classic, but the goal is to find a 20x20 I like so I could utilize the SB Pro. I prefer having front braces for camera protection though, so I suppose that rules out the "Lite."

    • @headsupfpv
      @headsupfpv  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Awesome! we are getting braces done for both the lite arms and Longback as we speak! Sorry for making the decision harder🤣

    • @SpicyFPV
      @SpicyFPV 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@headsupfpv So the Lite can run braces, just not SFG? (because the ends of the arms don't have the extra slots for the SFGs, while braces just require longer screws and attach to the bottom of the arms?)

    • @headsupfpv
      @headsupfpv  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      The SFG arms will be the only arms capable of running the SFG’s. However the “front/side braces” we are making extra versions of for the lite and Longback arms

    • @headsupfpv

      My preferred esc is the hobbywing 2020 and my preferred fc is the Flightone H7! I use the Tbs tracer system for rx and unify nano for vtx. For camera , I use the Runcam nano and of course for motor and prop I use the Five33 motors combined with the Headsup R38 prop

    Hello, I'm gona order battery strap for my switchback pro. Do you recommend any carbon plate to protect the battery and hold it better? or a sticky pad is enough. From my experience juste 1 battery strap by itself is not great to hold battery during crashes. Thanks

  • @ho-xo8my
    @ho-xo8my 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    You! The space for the battery strap it's tiny! I have to open the bottom to fit 20mm even 18mm it's pretty tide. I'm doing something wrong?

    • @headsupfpv
      @headsupfpv  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It’s designed for a 16mm wide strap! I recommend the nylon ones from piroflip!

    I noticed titanium stack screws aren’t quite flush under the arm. They seem to be cut with a rounded top edge instead of a sharp edge. I chose durability over weight for now. I haven’t found a good way to get an M2 stack in (HGLRC Zeus line) without compromising strength somewhere

    • @headsupfpv
      @headsupfpv  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Ahh interesting, steel definitely is the way to go then and just swallow the couple extra grams. Getting m2 in there would definitely be difficult, all the ESC’s we use are M3. Let us know if you figure out a good alternative!

    Are stack screws M2 or M3? seeing new 20x20 stack coming in M2 version, so it would be nice to know more specs about the PRO frame on paper :) maybe some dimensions of inner space would help to make a decision of what will fit end what's not? :)

    fast frame .. windy day forget it ,, bouncy because its so light and i use 20x20 analog no weight at all you want as little weight as possible with racing motors .. on a calm day its the best ,, have 2207 1855kv xing2 ,, had 2050 kv on it way to fast at first ,, now that i am used to it going back to 2207 2050 kv N54 magnet motors 6s by newbee .. the smallest 5in frame out there about 2mm between all the blades , 0 forgiveness
