Those are just a small part of what they need to be held accountable for.

Immunity is already built into the constitution for the president, but only for official acts done in the name of the office. It's why Bush isn't in prison for war crimes after 9/11 and why Obama isn't in prison for that drone strike. What happened on 1/6/21, I'd argue, is an act of candidate Trump, not president Trump. It doesn't qualify for immunity.
