I love this. Although i was not around in "78 it does bring back memories of the 80's when my mom would take my siblings and myself to see the parade! Plethora of colours, beautiful music and CREATIVITY at its best! Maybe we can get back there some time soon....maybe..just maybe...
Hi again, After viewing it over and over I realized the year was 78 for real, its just that the bands were playing songs that were released the year before. thanks again.
The Big Costumes must come back and I ws a majorette too lol first in Antigua then Virgin Islands and USA. I played w little Indians w brother b’s one year in the 70’s too.. 😂 memories.

I was the PRINCE Winner (Prince & Princess 1978 Carnival). This looks like 77
take a look at time stamp 6:32 and you will see two of the band members wearing white T-shirts advertising 1978 Carnival.
