The Opus Mall, a luxury shopping center rising in Bridgetowne District. It is a commercial masterpiece developed by RHK Land combining local and international interior design themes.
RLC is targeting to open the Opus mall, a premier upscale mall in the second half of the year.
The five-story mall features approximately 50,000 square meters of leasable space.
Filinvest Activa Mall, on the other hand, is a five-level shopping and leisure complex with a retail podium, specialty retail establishments, al fresco area, food hall, cinema, supermarket, wellness hubs, fashion boutiques and digital establishments.
One Ayala a transport hub is located within a five-storey shopping mall that is managed by Ayala Malls.Built at the podium of the complex, the mall has a gross leasable space of 54,700 m2 (589,000 sq ft) and is expected to house more than 400 retail stores. It features a Robinsons Supermarket branch at the Lower Ground Level, a concourse for events at Level 2, and al fresco dining from Levels 2 to 4. At madami pa din nakaplanong itayo in the future.

Hindi na aalis ang tao roon to do those errands.

No need for more malls. They need to build more parks, more schools, more hospitals, more affordable housing, more mass transit. For every commercial development, the government should demand from the developer that they help improve infrastructure for the community and improve the outdoor aesthetics of the neighborhood, including burying electrical grid, building green spaces, and improving traffic movement. Otherwise, it’s just the rich getting richer and Manila just turning more into an inhabitable concrete jungle.

Mall operators charge too much rent to its tenants that result to less profit for the business. Thats why they opt to cut cost on the quality and quantity of products and services they are serving. One big fastfood chain are slowly closing their branches on malls and opening outside the malls establishments or buildings.

Secondly, im not very diligent when it comes to household chores. But i also do them and Jack would never talk about that.
The reason why i seldom sweep the floor on my room is because of the setup of things in my room. Its hard to sweep my floor thats why i just pick up the trash, not sweep them.

May school na katabi ng mall like NU Fairview, MOA and East Ortigas, all located in NCR. Plus call center buildings catered to BPO employees.
