Our destination today is the Kompaniganj - Bholaganj route in Sylhet. We will visit Malnichhara Tea Garden, Ratargul Swamp Forest, and the Zero Point of Bholaganj or Sada Pathor. You'll find information about the journey and the expenses involved.

We start by heading towards the tea gardens, just a stone's throw away from Ambarkhana in Sylhet city. As we leave the city, the lush green tea gardens will delight our eyes. These roads are some of the most beautiful in Bangladesh. While Sylhet Airport and the International Cricket Stadium are attractions, this road is no less beautiful.
It's worth mentioning that those who choose local transport can get a car from Ambarkhana Point in Sylhet. However, since we are visiting three spots today, we booked a car. You can book a car from various spots and sites, but the Sylhet tour is one of the best options.
Malnichora Tea Garden:
Our first stop today is the Malnichhara Tea Garden. This tea garden is right next to Sylhet city. Many tourists think they should visit the white stone first and then come to the tea garden. But the reality is, after seeing the white stone or Ratargul, the day ends, and you miss the tea garden.
The Malnichhara Tea Garden is the largest and oldest established tea garden in Bangladesh and the subcontinent. It was established by Lord Hardinge on 1500 acres of land in 1854.
No, the journey doesn't end here; we have to hurry because we have to head to Ratargul Swamp Forest now. It is one of the largest and most beautiful freshwater swamp forests in Bangladesh. Located 26 kilometers away from Sylhet city and about 20 kilometers from our current location.
Ratargul Swamp Forest:
Many people used to be surprised by the natural beauty of this place. At that time, a cartoonist and traveler named Rakib Kishore wrote a feature in a magazine, perhaps titled "Jol'er upor bon dole" ("The forest floats on water"). Then the trend of traveling to Ratargul in Bangladesh started. Thanks again to Lord Hardinge and Rakib Kishore.
Even though there is more sunlight during midday, in the heat, you can find shade under the trees. However, during winter, you must bring an umbrella or hat as the sunlight decreases in the afternoon. But without sunglasses, don't come, as you can rent an umbrella for 20 Taka here.
In this forest, snakes are more common. Although due to tourist activity, most snakes are now in hiding, occasionally, you might see a brave one! There are also leeches, so bring some salt in winter to keep them away.
The trees in the water remain visible throughout the year, especially during the rainy season, this place is crowded with tourists. To explore the forest, you need a boat, but you can see the forest by boarding a dinghy and wandering around.
Sadapathor:
After complete Ratargul tour we travel to Sadapatior which is 30 Km away from Ratargul. You can rent a boat for 800 Taka, which can accommodate eight people. Many times, two or three people come to tour; then the rent is a bit more. So if the administration considers their request and keeps boat arrangements like Leguna or bus style, it would be much better. However, many tourists choose to share, although there is a bit of hassle because each group returns at different times.
Remember, from March to November, there is much water here. In March and April, the water is slightly less. During winter, there is very little water. Again, during the rainy season, there is a lot of water, and there are streams. At this time, if you don't know how to swim, don't get into the water.
Rent:
You can easily tour these three spots in Sylhet in a single day from Sylhet city. However, booking a car makes the tour easier. You can also take a CNG to tour around. The CNG auto-rickshaw fare is from 1600 to 2000 Taka, and for private cars: 2.5K to 3.5K. for Noah & Hiace it will be 4K-6K.

ভাই,এখন রাতারগুল,সাদাপাথর,জাফলং জিরো পয়েন্ট, মায়াবী ঝর্ণা এগুলোতে পানি কেমন আছে? আর এখন কি সেখানে যাওয়া উপযোগী হবে এই মাসের মধ্যে? আর আপনার কয়দিন ছিলেন আর কত খরচ পড়ছে টোটাল
সব জায়গাতেই পানি আছে তবে কম । এখন যাওয়ার উপযোগী । আপনারা কত জন আসছেন , কোথায় থাকছেন তার উপর সব নির্ভর করে । তবে জনপ্রতি প্রতিদিন আনুমানিক ২০০০ - ৩০০০ বাজেট ধরে রাখতে পারেন।
ভাইয়া বাসে গেলে কি প্রতিটা স্পটে নামাবে। নাকি সরাসরি ভোলাগঞ্জ/ জাফলং চলে যায়। আমরা দুজন যেতে চাইছি আমাদের জন্য বাস/সিএনজির মধ্যে কোনটা পারফেক্ট হবে।
না , বাসে সরাসরি ভোলাগঞ্জ চলে যাবে । কাপল হলে সিএনজি রিজার্ভ করে নিতে পারেন সারাদিনের জন্য ।

@@Mim_Sojib না রাতারগুলের লোকাল সিএনজি ডিরেক্ট পাবেন না । ভেঙে ভেঙে যেতে হবে ।
আপনি লোকাল ট্রান্সপোর্ট ট্রাভেল করলে আগে রাতার গুল পরে ভোলাগঞ্জ ট্রাভেল করলে ভাল । ফেরার পথে একেবারে ফিরে আসতে পারবেন বাসে । যাওয়ার পথে একটু কষ্ট করে ট্রাভেল করলেন ।
১২জুলাই যেতে চাচ্ছি ৬জন, একদিনেই ঘুরে আসবো। শুনতেছি বন্যা সিলেটে।৷ এগুলো ঘুরতে কি সমস্যা আছে?

৩ টা স্পটই একদিনে ঘুরে দেখতে পারবেন । খরচ নির্ভর করবে আপনি কি গাড়ি দিয়ে যাবেন , কয়জন যাবেন । সর্বনিম্ন ৮০০-১০০০ এ সম্ভব ।
