I'm proud of Tre for embracing therapy. It's hard to embrace change and it takes more than 1 session to get to a balance. This is good. Fix herself first, then tackle toxic family dynamics.
She needs way more than therapy.

Melissa keeps saying she doesn’t involve her kids with the feud but that’s a complete lie because she keeps Antonia and the brothers from attending events with their cousins. She is definitely involving her kids with her mess. Antonia didn’t go to Milania’s sweet 16, none of the kids came for the housewarming party although they were all invited.

In the preview for next weeks episode at the baseball game it shows Joey talking and hanging out with Teresa, Gia, and Milania all smiling, laughing, enjoying themselves, and then Joe and Melissa have the most pissed off annoyed look on their faces - and they end up calling out to Joey to tell him to come over to them - basically telling them to get away from Teresa and her children

Marge Josephine Melissa Jackie and Delores need to go. Marge is an actress she knows exactly what she is doing and is extremely calculated. Mel and Joe have rode the gravy train far too long. Super easy. Luis has her so gassed up it's crazy. He's no different than her ex husband with the exception that at least Joe would do it and just not give a fnck if it was shown on camera or not. Luis on the other hand plays the role of the listener in front of the group or other people but then shown one on one, he's gassing her head up with hate towards her own brother. Now all of a sudden Joe and Melissa weren't there for her daughters when she went to jail. Yet when she came out she couldn't stop thanking them for being there for her daughters. She's disgusting. And so are her ungrateful daughters. Luis needs to stfu, he wasn't around for any of that. Just because he was already studying her by probably watching her before even meeting her, doesn't mean he was there when all that went down with her and her ex husband. He should have absolutely nothing to say when it comes to that subject. I don't like him either. As for Joe and Melissa, now they know never to be there again in that capacity if she ever ends up in bracelets again. That must feel like the biggest smack to their faces. Life's lessons.
@@peacheserrano1 I agree! Even if the Gorga’s only came around when filming, Bravo was going to stop filming when Teresa was in prison and Joe Giudice couldn’t work. The Gorga’s agreed to film with Joe (even though they didn’t like him) so they could earn money. So technically they did help put food on the table. And Remember last season Joe agreed that Luis was a great guy for Teresa. The Gorga’s did welcome him with open arms and they never really said anything bad about Luis. They only questioned his intentions when the rumors came up from others/online blogs. Teresa got mad cause they didn’t defend Luis in the way SHE wanted them to. I honestly think Joe is exhausted trying to make the relationship work after all these years. Now Teresa wants to try harder but it’s too little too late & Luis I feel is stirring the pot while pretending to do good.

I think the therapist is right, Joe has anger issues and these burst of anger can seriously trigger past trauma. I think Tre is realizing that the only way to avoid toxicity and trauma is to cut ties. Good on her for that cause I'm sure with how Joe act he would have ruined the wedding or try to fight with Louie to prove his point. Also it's Teresa's wedding, she doesn't HAVE to invite Melissa's side of family.

Joe Gorga is A good Man and from watching the show since the beginning I really do empathise with Him.
I used to think the problems came from Joe Guidice but now that He's out off the picture and history is repeating itself with Joe, Melissa, Teresa and Louis I firmly believe that Teresa's so anti Melissa and them coming on the show She will never get over it. With or without therapy.
By Miraculous Intervention if Teresa did get over it, I think it's still too late because there was so much discussed by Teresa and Joe for their Daughters to hear, they (especially Gia) now have their own issues with their Uncle and there's A serious lack of Respect all round for A peaceful resolution to be reached at this point.
Children should never be privy to the arguments, dislikes and emotional issues off their Parents or other Family Members or Adults. It ruins their Childhoods and any Adult Relationships in their futures, even if The Adults learn to forgive and forget.

Teresa is so good at making it seem like anyone but her starts trouble. Watching all seasons back, I’ve learned that she is definitely the problem. She turned her children against their own uncle aunt and cousins. She is narcissistic and evil. Watch it all back and you will see her manipulate everything. She’s mean, violent, cruel, and empty of conscious. I hope she’s happy. Her kids pay, not her.

I just rewatched seasons 3-8 and in season 7 when Teresa comes back from prison she states multiple times Joe and Melissa was there for the girls and “stepped up to the plate”. Teresa’ and joe also continued a close relationship while Joe was is in prison. Also when Teresa was in prison she didn’t accept Melissa as a visitor because when she left she wasn’t on good terms with joe and Melissa…..I’m sure a big reason joe didn’t come and visit was because he was mad his wife couldn’t come as well, I doubt he wants to drive there without Melissa numerous times…plus he probably was pissed. Nonetheless Teresa herself said she was there for joe and the girls. So are we rewriting history?? I feel like someone is lying. Teresa is difficult to be friends with, she’s toxic

I feel like Teresa probably thought her brother and Melissa were there, but her daughters told her the real truth. Her daughters saw everything! Sometimes, people try to protect their family even though they are not getting along. Teresa did state that before therapy, she tried to fix her issues herself, and that might have been one of them.

I think it’s great that Teresa is going to therapy and working on herself. In this process she has to learn and take accountability for her former actions. She can’t dismiss that because for many people in her life they experienced her a certain way and they can still be hurt. While this is new for her it is also new for them. Acknowledge, apologize and continue to grow.
It’s weird how Gia and Melania say in last night’s episode that the last time they felt like family was in shore house last year with Melissa and Joe, but then a few weeks ago Gia and Gabriela were saying how absent Melissa and Joe since before Teresa went to prison. And now we have this narrative discussion of how Antonia isn’t going to Melania’s events. Someone is working overtime on separating themselves from their last living family member.

Hopefully, Teresa's therapist can help her see things from the other person's perspective, not just her own. A perfect example is Antonia not being able to go to Milania's party because she had cheer competition. Teresa only sees how it affects her and Milania. Antonia has a commitment to her cheer squad and it's a competition. If the shoe were on the other foot, Teresa would never make her daughter miss a competition to go to Antonia's party.
