ATS Supercharger development update April 2019

One item I didn't mention was that because my ATS was flex fuel I was hopeful that the in tank fuel pump was stronger than typical, and in particular because the 2.0 turbo guys don't see to have fuel pump issues. Well, no dice, I'm still maxing out the fuel pump trying to run 10psi, our V6 fueling demands must be greater than the 4 cylinder. So the kits will have to follow the same formula as the Camaro/CTS where the Stage 1 base kits will come with an 8-9psi pulley, while the Stage 2 kits with an upgraded pump and fuel injectors will come set up to run 11-12psi.

If you did more research you’d know the first thing 2.0t look at is fuel cuz we run out of it. We can’t even run full e85 we have to run e43 mix. You can upgrade your intank fuel pump for a little more power to a ZL1 intank fuel pump which is damn near a drop in if I just believe you have to extend a fuel hose. Probably cheapest way to get more fuel

MPG was the same under regular driving and slightly reduced at heavy throttle as expected cause more air needs more fuel. I've had a few customers say they've seen improved MPG, and other supercharger companies will say improved MPG but I'm more cautious about suggesting that installing a supercharger should improve your MPG; it shouldn't however reduce your MPG under regular driving conditions, out of boost, and hasn't for me

Would take an entirely different setup on a front wheel drive. I'd love to but I don't think it'll be feasible, was hoping the next gen Impala would come out with a similar engine bay layout but Regal/LaCrosse are the only ones with those particular LGX setup and both are discontinued :(

@@willoverkill the Chevy Blazer looks like a similar layout as the Regal/Lacrosse. It appears the only major difference is airbox location.

So theoretically this same kit should work for the 2014 cts sedan as well because its the same car with a different body? Ive looked on your website but your cts kits dont list the 2014 sedan as compatible for the cts specific kits. Id love to do this on my car!

Yes theoretically it should fit the 14+ CTSs that use the same Alpha chassis. I haven't test fit so I can't say officially but it would be minor items like the intercooler tubing to modify if there was any issues with fitment at all. The ATS kit is available at www.getoverkilled.ca/atssupercharger.html
