Hey buggs as an electrician i usually put recess can lights in the bedroom or a fan light a strip light like the one you have in the bedroom goes in the kitchen and cans in the living room with a fan only. Great video though
Lol love how you can just bust down walls that are integral to the structure of the building. The washer assembly, the large bolts hold the "basket" in place during shipping and what not so you have to remove them when you install, if its a tumble washer. lol.
If I'm correct they bolt it down so when it's in transport it's not moving (the washer) and so you take it off and un bolt it so you can see if it actually sinks and is free to turn. And if say you were to remove the bolts before taking the back off it might be stuck or something and would kill itself when you turn it on cause it can't turn but wants to turn
Correct, plus you have to remove the large panel in the game so that you can see WHY you remove the big bolts. It shows the tub moving and rotating to reveal that the big bolts kept it stable for shipping.

Bugs you have to take the bolts out of the washer to let the drum inside drop,they bolt it up so the drum in the washer isn't flopping around during transit..
on the back of the washer the big bolts are shipping bolts. they hold the drum of the washer in place so when you move it the drum doesnt get damaged or anything on the inside. so you take those out so the washer works properly. from personal experiance if you dont take them out your washer will shake extremely loud

I was recently looking at some apartments and came across one that was really huge, in a really convenient neighbourhood near the city centre, and it was amazingly cheap, like 1/3 to 1/4 the rent of other properties of that size. For some reason they only had exterior photos. I suspect the inside would make the places in this game seem lovely, I actually had to wonder if someone died in the apartment, because otherwise the price made no sense.
If a place like that is so terribly cheap, you really have to ask why. What's wrong with it? I would definately tour the place before putting money on it. That way you don't find yourself in the shit
Oh yeah, definitely. It wasn't a realistic apartment hunt through, more me doing some job/life daydreaming, seeing what I could afford, what the housing looked like in the area. But this strange place did intrigue me, even though I suspect it would be sort of scary. The place was in medium sized city in Japan, an older building, and I know a death in an apartment can drastic reduce its rental price there, so I am leaning towards that, plus perhaps a huge mess. Or it is haunted. Or maybe all three. Either way, I still wish I could go see it.
