How about your opinion on Discovery Bay? I ask because they are offering the leasehold. How does that affect desirability?
Hi @VanOlove - I am a fan of Discovery Bay but the building cannot legally do short term vacation rental units. Only 30 day stays or longer are permitted. Thank you for the comment and for watching me channel.
