Just wanted to share an additional experience. I am sitting at my computer listing meditating I turned up the volume and realised if I place my hands of the desk I can feel the chants through my hands, creating a more immersive experience. Turned the volume up more took my shoes off and I can feel it through my feet also, even further through my whole body. 🙏🙏🙏

Mantra is not to be understood, it is only to be experienced. It is the sound of the creation. Just experience it and let it reverberate in your energy. Aum :) Shiva is not a person, but the non-physical dimension of life within everyone. All answers are within you. Just experience the reverberation. Inner perception will open and reveal everything to you . Then truth is not far away. Aum :) You won't get the truth by reading any book. You will only get the content of information in your head through books . But truth , you won't get it . Truth will only come to you through experience, through inner perception and that will happen through spiritual process of sadhana or practice . Close your eyes, focus on the sound and your breath and keep your focus on the point between both your eyebrows. Slowly and slowly, inner perception will open and reveal truth to you. Just wanted to share an additional experience. I am sitting at my computer listing meditating I turned up the volume and realised if I place my hands of the desk I can feel the chants through my hands, creating a more immersive experience. Turned the volume up more took my shoes off and I can feel it through my feet also, even further through my whole body. 🙏🙏🙏

You won't get the truth by reading any book. You will only get the content of information in your head through books . But truth , you won't get it . Truth will only come to you through experience, through inner perception and that will happen through spiritual process of sadhana or practice . Close your eyes, focus on the sound and your breath and keep your focus on the point between both your eyebrows. Slowly and slowly, inner perception will open and reveal truth to you. Only then , you will get the truth . There is no other way. Because truth is a living experience not a reading information. Aum :)
