Wow Scott, sounds like a lot going on all at once! Sorry to hear about your mom.....I lost mine in 16 at age 94......it takes time to get on with living your life.

I'm so sorry to hear about your mom. I was my mothers care giver and she died in 2018. Give yourself 6 months to a year before you find a new normal. Take all the time you need.
