I think it would be FANTASTIC to have sabotage type pve objectives to do during a war/raid on a node for the folks that dont like pvp as a core part of their game satisfaction. Give everyone something to do during the War.
I feel like the dragon breathing fire onto the battlefield would cause havoc on the server latency or people’s computers. Also it can’t over powered. Inherently we also think it should be over powered but as long as it looks sick and applies that dot damage. If it one shots people that maybe it’s a 15 or 10 minute cool down l
I have a question about Node War system which there are two groups which sees each other as reds and greens as opposing teams. Node war flag system is kind of similar to Archeage guild wars but the 3rd party was able to heal the actual guild wars flagged group thy support (and of course if the fight happens at pk'able maps thy attack the other group even thy get criminal points in the game, or thy use skills to trap others or prevent other group with any means with absurd tactics), or in Lineage 2 castle siege, the 3rd party players are able to pk other players in the attacking group which is count as pk kill and you were getting karma points. These are the main real problems of these two games when a 3rd party decides to support one side. Thus, is it the case for AoC too? I might miss it from the long video, thank you very much.
IMO, the biggest problem with New World's war system wasn't the time between wars. It was that you played on the same map every time, and 90% of the wars were fought by the same people over and over. Getting into a war was tough if you weren't in that guild. Being instanced definitely has its drawbacks.
small to medium sized Navy-Seal type teams should be incentivized and prioritized. Mass pvp is cool, but honestly ends up kinda shallow most of the time and it gets old. Mass pvp should only occur occasionally. The standard should be 5v5 to 10v10 type skirmishes over objectives.
It's isn't focused entirely on pvp, it's focused on social interaction. You don't have to partake in the pvp side, you can assist in nonpvp ways. There will be pve activities that contribute just as much to the state of the world just as much as the pvp. You can chose how you want to live in the world, you could focus on your profession and support the wars/economy/social shape of the world in your own way.

I feel when you talk about multiple objectives you're thinking something like Guild Wars 2. I never get bored just roaming around the map.

This going to be about 6-7 years to late. MMO is a relic with a few still standing but overall.
