More specifics about the cooldown lap safety rating stuff: SR is in affect until the final car crosses the finish line on checkered flag. So if you're higher up in the pack you've got more time until SR no longer takes affect VS if you're lower down in the pack

But 1 year in I am at A licence 2k but spend most my time practicing as I don't want to get in anyone's face in a race and be a arse due to bad car control or track knowledge. Tip number 6 folks, don't be an arse.
iRacing can be intimidating, and there are so many little "hidden" features. These kind of videos are great. Perhaps a future tip about moving black boxes. Pardon the word 'tip'. 💩
Not worth a video I think it is ALT-k then you just grab the boxes and move them to where you want them. Been a while since I did it, there are several youtube guides out there already. Last but not least, don't be intimidated have fun 🤣
Setups are all about driving style, I used vrs for ages but found them very loose and depending who made the setup didn’t always suit me. I use Craig’s setup shop now and much prefer them. Vrs does have some really great features tho and use them a lot still

Basically, just do 1 more lap and go into the pits. You'll basically always be good that way.
