The partial pressure of O2 in the alveoli is smaller from the environment because large amount of water vapour acts on the air coming from outside which decreases the partial pressure of O2 and also continous uptake of O2 in the pulmonary capillaries also help in reduction of the partial pressure of oxygen in lungs from the outer environment...

Wahi simple diffusion ho rah hai higher to lower oxygen kam hoga na. Aur co2 andar se aa rah 0.3 se 40 nae 40 se 0.3 ja rah hai
