Yes, it was helpful. I feel lucky having you to teach me a new way of eating. I'm 74 and have several serious medical issues due to diet. Because i was a very active exerciser, runner, marathoner, swimmer, etc., i felt i could eat what i wanted. Now that way of eating has caught up with me. I feel it's never too late to make positive changes.
Wow that really resonates with me! I was also an athlete, and it is very easy to feel like you can eat whatever you want when you dont really see the visible consequences. But internally, things can be very different! I’m so glad that you found this way of eating, and I wish you the best of luck:)
I immediately subscribed to your channel so "you can get more of that information out to people like me " . Thanks for the informing us about this great diet.
I just turned 45 last week. If I switch to this diet now, can I benefit from it, or is it too late? 7 months ago I developed IBS. I'm seeking answers before I reach the Philippines next week to start my “2nd life”. Leaving the USA was my first priority.
The biggest mistake people make when dieting is not prepping accordingly. I think a good business model would find the link between these two, and make it easier for people to stick to thier diet.
Have you tried using green peas? Dried peas are more like beans, but the USDA considers fresh or frozen green peas a 'starchy vegetable'. In general they are milder than beans and might be easier for you to digest :)
@@KayComer I think this was the first video I made, so I wasn’t great on the tech side of things. Sorry about that! My website has a ton of info and recipes that may help you feel less anxious about it all! ❤️
@@richbev8068 well as far as omega 3’s go, they are an essential nutrient and are unlikely to contribute to weight gain if taken in the recommended amounts. You will need to discuss with your doctor how much protein and omega 3 is a good amount for you, because everyone’s weight, height, and metabolic factors are different :)

In my nursing career a diet just meant the types of foods a person consumes. A secondary meaning is the restrictive foods one consumez.

I find it hard to digest legumes. Any suggestions?
Detox your digestive system and you won't struggle with that anymore
How?

I have a question how many protien and omega should I consume within the week. Because I’m trying to loose weight as well

Very informative. Well done. The background music unnecessary and distracting
Your music is much too loud. I can’t hear you.
Ahh I totally agree. Still learning how to edit my videos! Thanks for the feedback
Thanks so much!!
By the way your parents are too young to be Hippies let alone you !!!!
No meat I can't do that one sorry
You can have meat! It's just recommended to limit red meat, but you can absolutely have it on occasion :).
I’m sticking with my carnivore diet, meats and eggs. Lots of red meat.
American diet😂
