Today we are making Chicken and Cheese Bread Rolls! They are so awesome, your gonna love these, with cream cheese that melts inside which makes the inside lovely and saucy! Very popular in Asian homes, great as a snack, picnics or entertaining guests! You can find all the ingredients in your local supermarket!
This recipe makes about 28 Bread Rolls

Ingredients
50g butter
500g chicken fillet pieces
1 medium onion chopped
1 teaspoon garlic & ginger paste
Fresh Green chillies - add to taste
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon cumin powder
Half teaspoon black pepper
80g sweetcorn
Handful of coriander
Half red pepper chopped
300g soft cream cheese
2 Loaf of bread
Some eggs for dipping
Breadcrumbs

you can dip the bread in milk and squeez the excess before you fill the stuffing, doing this way rolls will be crunchy outside and soft and creamy inside... ☺☺

My only *helpful* suggestion would be: (1) lightly dredge through in *FLOUR* first (helps egg wash adhere) -- (2) then EGG WASH; then (3), breadcrumb COATING (or cornmeal for seafood). This is a Gulf Coast basic food prep trick (Texas, Y'all!) works for all kinds of meat. Grandma kitchen- tricks passed down 100+ years (G-G-GM?, YEP)
