It’s so much fun if you know how to keep the momentum. Obviously it doesn’t have the straight line performance of a v6 mustang or whatever, but you gotta adapt to the situation. If you’re a good driver or car enthusiast you can learn to enjoy all the pros and cons of every car. Oh and it’s easy to park and fuel consumptionvery good. In Thailand they been making loads of upgrades for suspension engine etc. I’ll keep mine Oem and probably buy all the Oem options I have bought a decent amount so far.
Things to note, the car does have GPS, as long as your phone has Android Auto, or Apple Carplay. You need to do a little bit of set up, but to use it all you need to do is plug your phone into the USB A port, which is down by the cup holders. Also, if you get a 2017 Mirage SE radio, it still has the backup camera, plus Android and Apple Carplay, but it also has a CD player. It's a slower screen but it does have that if you want a CD player. Not sure if it's plug and play though. Also, for MPG, my average over the past 17,000 miles is 51.4 MPG. I hypermile it. So around town I speed up about 1,500 RPM, and use cruise control in town when up to speed. And on the interstate, I set the cruise control to 55 MPH, unless there is a minimum speed posted that is higher, which I've not seen. I just stay to the right. I got the yellow Mirage, so it's very easy to see. The fastest I've gotten my car was 75 MPH down a hill, I was actively trying to slow down using engine braking, it wasn't quite enough. I was going 75 in a 55, but everyone was passing me, including cops. So I guess it wasn't that bad. Sport mode was keeping it around 4,500 RPM down the hill without throttle. Besides that, I just cruise at 55.
