For someone as active, and young as yourself, this is a big issue. I hope you improve, and recover as fast as possible! I remember your video when you met Camper, he just found you. I think you two were destined to be together! I have so much respect for you taking in this beautiful dog that was lost and alone, and giving him love, and a home. You always leave a sign on your car to let others know that Camper has A/C, and water. I enjoy watching your videos, have a great day!

I've had knee injections myself. It is no picnic. As a Registered Nurse, I had assisted with your procedure on many patients. I've lent a hand for the patient to squeeze. Some had very strong grips. Prayers for rapid healing to your knee.

Hope you feel better! Just sharing that at the 3:18 or so mark, when you got on the elevator, the sound is the same as the elevator in my condo building. My dog, Riley, heard it and was so excited because he thought someone was coming to see him!

I had a severe knee injury back in the days. It never got better even after 20 years. But i still workout & Hike. I push through the pain daily. Injections & surgery didn’t help. Stay positive & push through 💪🏼💪🏼

I have had 2 knee operations one for meniscus, cartilage repair and one for ACL repair, no big deal wasn't that bad
Nikki, I know the feeling you are going through. Doctor after doctor I had misdiagnosed knee issues. It took them 1 year to figure out I had broken my femur knee cap and tore my ACL LCL and PCL. I sincerely hope you get some better news about your knee I know surgery sounds like a scary thing but I promise it was a good route for me. It feels at points where I’m completely stuck and lost but then the next week I realize how much progress I’m making back to normal life. This will happen for you too

@@glennoc8585 They didn’t believe my story and the fact that I drove my self home 12 hrs because I was in a different province. Plus I walked into the ER they thought I was faking. They gave me a right knee brace for my left knee, then they told me I had to wait to see if it healed on its own. Then they said it could just be a torn muscle, the list goes on and on, they missed so many things it’s pathetic. I was in a medical coma in 2018 and was left uncared for, for 2 full days while in hospital care.
My name is Kyle I am 33 and I had a catastrophic knee injury that resulted in 6 surgeries over 5 years, non stop physical therapy, and ultimately a total joint replacement which is, rather permanent. I have researched traveling to Mexico to just cut my leg off, but I can say today I am doing great, not literally running but excellent use of the leg. I took up kayaking. Best of luck on the knee, life does have journeys.
Praying for no surgery! I am grounded from travel too. Had hoped to travel in my Prius to AZ in Jan to escape Colorado cold weather. God had other plans. Caught covid Jan 7 and 3 mos later still struggling with long haul covid extreme fatigue. No sense traveling when I’d spend much of the time sleeping in my car. My mom used to say, “This too will pass”. Truth! Neither good or bad times last forever. So I’m at home making lemonade out of lemons. For me this means, pursuing artistic endeavors - drawing, painting, macrame. And living a Prius RV life vicariously by watching you and Camper! Hang in there kiddo - your body wants to heal and will! (So does mine!) Hugs!
Hope the PRP puts things right. Knee injuries take lots of time to heal. If you can be patient and slowly do physical theraphy when it is appropriate the body can do amazing things on it's own. Good luck!
I had this surgery. I injured myself playing hockey. 6 month recovery for me then a brace afterward for awhile. It's better now but it was a long haul. Some people bounce back real fast unfortunately I wasn't one of them. Either way, you will be better .....best of luck to you.
Hope your knee heals soon, I had the same treatment but it didn’t work for me. However surgery did and it’s nothing to worry about if you end up going that route. 👌✌️

Hi Nikki, I'm sorry to hear about your knee and the misdiagnosis. I'm having a different problem with my knee, they shot me up with cortisone and put me in a brace. Go back in a couple of weeks to see if they need to cut me open.
Don't let it get you down, sometimes we just need to take time out and take care of ourselves first. If you need that time I'm sure your followers will be here when you get back.

Please be safe, I got approached in my car the other night (I packed for car camping but was staying with family) I was meeting my parents for a drink after a funeral and parked in the wrong parking lot next to the Pub for less than 30 seconds before the incident occurred….
I got blocked into a parking lot by 2 newer Honda civics (the windows looked tinted) in downtown Fredericksburg. 4 people were visible in the cars… a women screaming at me in one car with a passenger , and a man from a separate car approached me, claiming to be there to help me..

Obviously you do this stuff so you take precautions. But I was scared shitless. I’m glad my pup wasn’t with me. Get a car camera if you can….
I kept my cool, didn’t swear, just had a mild panic attack, gave them NO other reason to approach me. STAYED IN MY CAR. window was half way up. Did grab my mace or knife or phone. The littlest things gave me the biggest advantages. My car was my weapon. Much love to you! Be safe!

Great thinking - good for you!! As you suspect something was def. up, since they pretended to " help you"!!! You got out your phone, had spray at the ready, had your window open ONLY part way, in case you had to use anything you had to defend yourself...! 🤯🤯👏👏👏👍👍💪💯💯

Knees take time…..my knee injury occurred in February, by the time I was able to start working it…..September!!! I was 17 at the time going into my senior year!!! Must have rehab it right because it’s worked well since! (Now 52)

When I was about 10 years old ;
a friend of mine twisted his leg, around 2- three times… in a skiing accident!
& that confirmed
to me:…. that I want nothing to do with it!
I still destroyed my knees doing construction and have had both of them replaced;
June 2009 and feb 1-2011…
It’s now 2022 :
and I still have no problems😁…( but I make sure I don’t kneel)
And I want to tell everyone the snow skiing is not worth it !
because you need to walk!….

Hi Nikki, it has been a rough time indeed for you, but you have our love and support, and you will get through the issue with your knee with flying colors. I certainly understand your frustrations having had a football related knee injury tearing a medial collateral ligament in my right knee. I had to have the surgery, but I am 100% fully recovered. You are in very good hands now after the fiscal of having your MRI misread unfortunately there is incompetence in every profession, but you had to deal with the consequences and that is what is so disheartening about it all. Be strong Nikki we got your back! Hugs!
Hi Nikki. So sorry you had to waste all that time following the wrong treatment path. Glad you are getting the right treatment now. I will keep really good thoughts for the PRP to do its thing. Please don't push the time and follow instructions. Please! Retrieving your bike, but not riding it. No climbing and no leaps or dance moves. ; )) Seriously hope you are feeling better soon. I also had a Torn Meniscus Left , Right knee 🥴. You might check to see if some type of elastic knee brace could be of some help. For your tummy, Saltine crackers are often recommended. Keep hydrated, Yes , the rice crackers are a good idea. The knee won’t necessarily heel as fast as you would like it to, but it will eventually get better, So just let it heel in its own time. I had knee problems once and I used liquid hylauronic acid. It took a few weeks to kick in but after 3 or four weeks my pain was gone
I had that same injection back in November. I was as good as new after about 2 weeks. You're going be just great. I know it.

I have a 2006 prius but deliver pizzas with mine. It really is a great reliable car. I slept in it driving to South Carolina and folded the back hatch down to sleep on.

Experienced Food Poisoning once, felt like I was dying. The second time I felt like I had food poisoning, I think I accidentally discovered a solution that essentially nullified the imminent horror.
The day before, I happen to put about a little more than a shots worth of Apple Cider Vinegar in a 16oz bottle and filled the rest with purified water, then set it aside and forgot about it. When I felt the symptoms of food poisoning coming about the following day, in a panic, I was handed that bottle and was told to basically chug it. Desperate and fearing the worst to come, I simply did it, forcing it down in record time. Ten or maybe twenty minutes later I felt fine, okay even.
A similar scenario occurred a third time a few years later, and I repeated the concoction, and again I felt fine a short time later. I am thoroughly convinced I have stumbled upon something simple and amazing. Who knows It might work for you too. It worked so well, heck, I am inclined to believe if I were to accidentally cut off a finger, a swig of Apple Cider Vinegar will grow it back…😏

Seems like you have to invest in a van, where you can build out your bed 🛌 bathroom 🛀 n kitchen 🥄 so that even when you are on the road not feeling well you will be comfortable nevertheless, God speed get well soon

I wonder if holding breaths could help. Each living cells need oxygen and nutrients to heal. PRP could help. What holding breath does is to teach each cell to do a better job of gas-nutrient exchange. People whose nerve was so damaged they couldn't walk manages to run and swim. I would look up Wim Hof method. Love seeing Camper as always. Feel better for Camper!

The only time I got food poisoning was absolutely brutal ... I spent two days sitting on the toilet with poop as tjin as water, and vomit as thick of poop. The worse part was that I was dog sitting some collies at the time, so I had to spend all my "between vomit" times calling friends in order to schedule the dogs getting walks, but every time they were brought back from walks, they rushed to the bathroom to check on me.

What I learned from having food poisoning:
1.) Apple cider vinegar in water for the stomach & it helps with the diarrhea. Tsp to Tbsp in a glass of water.
2.)Eat rice, when you can eat: it absorbs the liquid of diarrhea - end of diarrhea! You will feel so much better.
If the PRP Therapy doesn't work up to par, (It probably will) talk to the doctor about Stem Cell Therapy. I have a very old knee injury , 20+ years old, had a steroid shot for the arthritis, next step PRP or Stem Cell. I want Stem Cell inside my knee joint.
PRP is mostly for soft tissue injury and works great. Stem Cells are for inside joints and works great for arthritis, especially. FYI.

I guess I’m with you on that 2 truths and a lie. We were in Vegas one time and I almost passed out… then it happened. I hope your knee gets better! Looks like camper is there to help you through the recovery.
Omg, I had food poisoning (or something terrible) for almost a month this past November. I cannot imagine living in a car, but maybe I would have driven myself to urgent care instead of my sister 🤪 so sorry to hear about your knee. These injuries take a long time to heal but most people make full recoveries

Truly you will heal it yourself. I've done it.
We rely on the Drs to heal us, when alot of the time, we can do it do ourselves
