Yup, I'm glad he's with Cejudo now because I've always said that Jackson didn't possess the skill necessary to help Jones fix his weakness. Jones came in as a very powerful wrestler but Greg Jackson and Mike Winkel John seem like they wanted to focus more on Jones's reach with Muay Thai but never his defense, footwork, and wrestling. and just from the way Henry carries himself and was also one of the greatest Champions, he will not sugar coat anything with Jon. Jones poke alot people in their eyes because he lacks defense outside of reaching his arms out to keep his opponents at arms length or ducking his head in the same pattern he was lucky he was blessed with a chin. this is the same problem Wilder has as well there is nothing worse then getting train by some one who is not compatible with you. I wish Jones and Wilder had striking coach like HitMan Hearns, Anderson Silva, etc.
This might sound weird but Jon is at his best when he isn't focused and yet wild with a chaos in life.
@@R1kualJon's striking defense actually improved while his grappling offense declined throughout the years. Just wonder who his head coach gonna be now, and what they have worked on, my guess would be the wrestling offense, which has lacked the last 5 years, and the jiu jitsu submissions part of his game.

That’s how they take them body shots. Definitely adding those ab exercises too my weekly routine. At 23 I was 318lbs now I’m 254lbs and turn 25 this year. Never trained a combat sport but I will become a fighter this year. I’m so ready for the journey. Thank you Jon for introducing me to this sport and Triple C everything about you is so inspirational and I love how you study film so intently similar to stick and ball sports. Can’t wait for the victories this year gentlemen. The GOATS.

I’ve seen people bringing up Jon’s fights vs Santos and Reyes. This is a different Jon Jones. You can tell his love for the sport and competition is fully back. I think there’s a chance we see one of Jon’s best performances of his career.

Henry Cejudo is the most underrated fighter and coach. He is one of the goats. Love him so much. He deserved 10 times the money. He revitalized all divisions and would still be champ.

Honestly, I feel like Henry is the balance Jon needs. Henry is a straight hard worker. He will keep Jon in check even though he's 200 pounds lighter than him.
i don't understand how trainin three times with someone before the fight effect anything. And in this session it seemed like they just arrived as part of pre fight campaign to cejudo, they are doing workout half of the training, while it all thought that cejudo adjusting him or something. I don;t see cejudo as coach here, am i the only one?
