I was introduced to nf when he featured on flames track “start over” back in like 2011. Its crazy to see where hes gone since then. Ive never meet him, or talked to him. But with his drive, even where hes at now is not the top!

Crazy thing about NFs career is that you’ll actually see the progression album by album.
This is still my all time favorite of his. The beat is absolutely perfect.
Most of NF songs have subtle things going on that you can easily miss. Remember he said he recorded the instrumentals and played them back so he could rap on them. He then leaves like 50 seconds at the end of the song as just the beat, maybe so other people can rap on them. It's real subtle.

I believe it’s still up, but his “audition” to Capital records is crazy good. He just freestyles the whole thing and it’s so impressive because he makes a story at instantaneously 😂
you are definitely correct, having to do the journey in chronological order is more fulfilling than other reactor going all over the place and then they got confuse of the references NF is mentioning in other songs.
What’s crazy is he does every part of his music, writes, raps, sings, edits, videography, art direction, everything! He is insanity!
I really appreciate it when Nate personifies emotions (fear, anger) and everyday items like his notepad. Something special about him. #NF 😎
NF is something different. 🔥 Has a way of getting in your head. Was introduced to his music back in 2014? 2015.. and followed his stuff ever since.
It's crazy cause I found him around the same time. And I absolutely hated myself. I still kinda do but I'd really hate to see where I'd be at with out having his music.

This is a true hip hop song, with the instrumental Rideout at the end, imo, for aspiring rap artists to freestyle to.

Another banger from you guys. Can't wait for the next one. The reference about cursing is this song. He didn't make any albums cussing. I will also note, you seemed to understand from the get-go that he was singing to his Notepad. He personifies emotions and objects. So far on this album, you have seen him personify Fear, Regret, and Notepad. Totally agree, this is not one of his best songs, but the content is spot on and fits well with the journey.

Kyle, you said in another video that his songs are like medicine for you. In that case, the next album, Therapy Session, is really gonna hit home.
The current endgame is Clouds the Mixtape. That's Nate's latest work which came out March 2021. Every song is straight fire! There's also a rumor that NF may have a new album coming out later this year.
Love your NF reactions so far! Hopefully you guys are going to do "Paralyzed" from this album (sometimes it is left off of journey lists, but I think it is an essential song to show his mindset... it is the most accurate description of depression ever recorded).

I love all of his songs because they all have meaning, NF says it himself that the more he raps the better he gets. The journey is more about to see who NF is.
