Had I known your videos were this outstanding, I would have started earlier to ramp up efforts to digest them. Not only do you provide great examples but also in a very straightforward manner. I plan to watch them all and weigh in more often on debates in English. Only then will I be able to express myself better in this daunting language.
Seldom have I seen this quality in advanced English videos. Not since my short stay in England had I learnt so much.

Hi Ben. Thank you for this lesson. I think it's great. I just have one little doubt. (confront 6:14 - 9:54): Instead of the inverted sentence "Only then will we see improvements", you suggest the "normal" sentence: "will we only see improvements then". I wonder if the "normal" sentence wouldn't be better: "we will only see improvements then"? After all, the sentence "will we only see improvements then"" still reverses verb and subject, doesn't it? -- Joan

If there is an adverb of place in a sentence and the subject is a noun, the inversion will be:
Into the room came the doctor.
If there be an auxiliary verb before a main verb in the above sentence, what would be its right way of inversion?
Into the room will the doctor come. (or)
Into the room will come the doctor.
    I'd appreciate your response. Thanks!
