I have Clangen, I have 3 Clans I plan to connect through a big story. CrestedClan, MoonClan and SunClan if I remember right. Also a fourth villanous clan, which I sadly don't remember at the moment, I will write the characters names down, change their appearences for my creativity's sake, and write a good Warriors fan story, maybe even animate them one day.

I imagine that since Alderich is the oldest, she is like the temporary leader. Though due to being an outsider, she had to ask her three adopted kits what to do while she tries to hold ceremonies lol
Honestly loving the love square/triangle, such adorable characters and such emotion! Then poor Aldrich stuck babysitting some kids, cannot wait for more!
I tried this challenge with 2 cats and they had 5 kits when they were barely even adults, then once those kits were apprentices they had 6 more 💀
That's sadly how feral cat colonies actually are though...

@@MissTamara1986 I know Warrior cats makes it seem like 6 months is like fresh out of the nursery still practically a baby but in reality some cats already have kittens of their own by 6 months old (some cats mate at 4 months old)

This is the most invested I've been in a clangen video since the game came out. Poor Palepaw :(
I did the challenge while watching!
Started with 4 kittens, Cloudkit, Molekit, Cinderkit, and Sootkit. Cloud and Cinder were females and Mole and Soot were males.
Once they were of age, I paired Molewhisker with Cloudfrost and Sootwing with Cindefire.
I and Molewhisker are now very depressed cuz Cloudfrost died from Greencough right after she went on patrol with Molewhisker and told him she worried about dying and being forgotten. I'm super depressed now, thanks Clangen!
I can only play this way from now on, it makes me much more invested in my cats this way. 💔
Edit: Sootwing and Cinderfire just had a kitten! The Clan is growing at last!
Edit 2: everybody is gone. We ended up with 10 cats, went on patrol and 6 were killed. Went on another patrol and 3 were killed. The last two were Molewhisker and Rainspring. They were the medicine cats, and both died from Greencough. Poor LeafClan!
I restarted the Challenge with LagoonClan and 2 kittens, Coralkit and Sharkkit.
@Xx-OfcNotToffee-xX oh no! Thankfully it's been like 30 moons, and I only have 4. I just hope Cinderfire can have more kittens, otherwise, we may be doomed in the whole, rebuilding aspect. 😅

I started with 3, our med cat (one of the ogs) hated another so erm, we have 1 og left (one died from fox, the other was killed by med cat)
I remember I had an entire clan and it got wiped out before it was even two years
I love the “you’re the medicine cat you aren’t supposed to…(have fleas,get sick, get hurt) “ they put every cat before themselves
I started off with 3 kits also, also 2 toms and 1 she-cat. The she-cat decided to become a medicine cat, the one tom died from greencough, and the medicine cat she-cat had a secret relationship and gave birth to 5 kittens. This Clan is nuts so far.
I did this challenge absolutely on accident once on an older clangen version lol. It gets you very invested when all the adults die in a flood on the first moon and you have to watch the babies struggle to survive.
I can’t believe how emotional pixilated cats made me, this was so fun to watch! I tried this challenge myself too just to fun 😂
And poor Palepaw and Hollypaw! I keep imagining how Hollykit comforted and worried about Palekit after the rest of the clan died, and just imagining Palepaw trying to comfort him as a StarClan cat after she died 🥺
(I also love the sing “Forest Fire” by Brighton and it works so well for Hollypaw when he was grieving 😭)
I love the start of the series! With less cats I can be more invested in them and it’s really fun to watch! I do hope you continue this series.

Sort of a late reply but you’re probably one of my favourite clangen TH-camrs- with other ones, for some reason I can’t focus but like your videos are just so good. I also did this challenge unknowingly that it was a challenge.- but anyways I’m very excited for this series!! I wish I could play clangen, but I’m on holiday for 1 month so yeah..I really hope you become a bigger TH-camr!!

Hi Boomtown!! I’ve been a fan for a while but I just made a TH-cam account- I just started watching and can already tell this will be great! And just a heads up in case you don’t know, but in the new update cats can have more than one mate! I might edit this later by the end of the video, but I hope you have a great day! :)
Edit: So I finally finished the episode like 10 days later and it is an absolute tragedy that Palepaw died. But hopefully you still keep what I said in mind!
I did this with 4 clans instead of one. Ratclan, Moleclan, Hareclan, and Troutclan. their similar to the original clans in the forest. Ratclan lives in Shadowclan-like territory, Moleclan lives in Thunderclan-like territory, Hareclan lives in Windclan-like territory, and Troutclan lives in Riverclan-like territory. Ratclan started with 3 cats, Moleclan with 4, Hareclan with 5, and Troutclan with 5. Ratclan and Hareclan started with 1 warrior each because I liked their pelts. Ratclan, Hareclan, and Moleclan all expanded within 12 moons. Troutclan went from 5 to 3 within 12 moons. First one died the same moon they became a warrior. and the second one died in a way I can't remember. Troutclan isn't a total failure though because they're the only clan I've managed to get a romantic relationship in. Branchstar and a clan founder who got lost, changed their name, and came back- Flaxes T.

GAHDAMN I’m early 😂 so excited for this tho!
I tried this challenge. I started off with 3 kits. One of them was already 5 moons so they got made an apprentice just after one time skip. And then one of the kits was saved from getting taken away by a hawk, but the wound got infected. I was like “OKAY IM MAKING THIS APPRENTICE THE MEDICINE APPRENTICE-“. The kit ended up dying from the wound as soon as they were made an apprentice. Before that happened though, there was two kits that were found out of nowhere in the forest. One of them died. A little while later I ended up with a medicine cat and three warriors. AND THEN, the medicine cat got into a forbidden romance and brought back three kits to the clan. And then 2 of the warriors finally became mates (they had liked each other since kithood). And then one of the warriors in that relationship ended up dying because I sent them out on a solo patrol and they got killed by a wolverine of all things. And that was when I gave up and pretty much started over by killing off the remaining fully grown cats and left the 3 kits alive. So yeah.

interesting fact, ive actually had a cat named brightheart! sadly, it was nothing like her. it was a pale brown colorpoint tom. but i saw brightpaw and i was like "wouldn't it be funny if this cat's warrior name was brightheart?" and then it was.

for the confusion, cats in CG are not able to have crushes on cats in other groups (ex. a warrior can not have a crush on an apprentice, vise versa)
Throughout this video I was sure that Palepaw is a male and Hollypaw is a female, but it's the opposite x_x

Btw another challenge if your up for it is a She-Cat only clan. It sort of works as EVERYONE being female or maybe even non binary. U set out patrols and find kittypets or loners to join the clan and if they accept and they are a male. YOU KILL THEM OFF. Same with kits, but for me I let the kits live and turn them to trans-female bc I’m nice❤. But I have no mercy for other cats. Obviously your she-cats will have kits that originate outside the clan like the father being a loner but yeah, that’s my sort of challenge

I'm currently doing this. I started out with 3 kits, 2 males, 1 female. the female became a med cat and the boys developed crushes on each other BUT one of them also liked the girl. eventually, the 2 boys became mates BUT the boy who liked the girl STILL likes her, and she now likes him quite a bit. HOWEVER, now one of the boys is expecting kits (I have the setting where same sex mates can have kits on) and the girl is jealous. HELP.

When cats grow up in Clangen, they lose romantic feelings for anyone the game considers “kits” or “apprentices” depending on how they grow up. Elders are excluded from this, meaning you can have a 164 moon old cat dating a 13 moon old cat, which sucks.

I was working on the code for the relationship events and I don't think that cats are supposed to roll those romantic events before 12 moons old 😂 what version are you playing on?
i’m playing on the most recently released stable version of the game, i’ve seen romantic relationships happen between apprentices in other games on this same version so i have no idea if something intended or not lol
