    Medam, mujhe jivan me, kuch aise bure log mile he, jinhone mujhe aur mere parivaar ko, bahut pareshaan kiya he, unke liye jo mere mann me, supress gussa he, woh mujhe bahut pareshaan karta he, kyoki woh samajik rup se, bahut majboot he, isliye me, bhaar se unke saath kuch, nahi karr sakta par, mann me pura dinn, gussa rehta he, jiske kaaran koi kaam me, mann nahi lagta, plece koi aisi exersise bataye ki, me apne gusse ko, relese karr saku.🙏
