Yes! you don't need black hair for it to be goth especially for romantic goth, even traditional goths don't all have black hair, also the makeup looks stunning
As a goth girl because I feel like there’s not enough in this comment section, you did great, you did the community well, if you want to try to get into the music as well, there’s a lot of good bands to start with the cure obviously but definitely try type o negative they have a lot of different stuff and it’s all absolutely amazing she wants revenge, London after midnight, Siouxsie and the banshees, specimen, sisters of Mercy, depache mode, and there’s a lot more, but those are some great places to start
