I'm 15 and i was the same a few years ago, it's not as hard as it seems really just try not to over do it and my biggest tip is to clean your brushes and NEVER sleep with makeup on or you will get volcanic acne all over your face lol

I love the way you decide to try new products (ex.mascara here) while creating an intentional look. You have to have a certain bravery to do so when you already have a particular vision of the look you want to achieve and taking the risk to try smth new.
I've never watched anyone do makeup before but it was interesting watching you. You're really good at it. Very talented and knowledgeable. And you seem like a really cool down to earth person. Thanks for this! I’ve been looking for a goth/grung-y look that doesn’t involve a lot of makeup. Some people look amazing with bolder makeup looks, and I like heavier makeup occasionally, but usually feel like lighter is better for me, personally (plus, I obviously don’t always have time for a lot.) This is pretty much perfect for me!

I would make this my new “everyday” kind of makeup lol I *LOVE* this so freaking much! Please please continue to do “grundge” “goth/soft goth” type looks! Living for it! I only use highlighter IF that and focus on mainly my eyes & lips lol I hardly use concealer but been loving the elf eyeshadow primer. It’s like a dupe for UD primer potion. I don’t have to set it & I have oily eye lids! It’s that shit!👏👏👏🔥🔥🔥love you girl!!!!

I'm not sure I'm into the lip though, I feel like for this look a less defined lip would be better - would be more of a "i dont care and still look gorgeous" vibe. Love the eyes tho! Rituel de Fille makes a black cream pigment that's great for getting this look really quick and easy because you can use it on your eyes and lips.

Thanks for this! I’m a teacher and it’s orientation week for my returning and new coworkers. It’s so hot and humid here in Korea so I am wearing my black linen dress with a belt that makes me look very “that witch that lives in the woods”, especially with my thick curly hair. I usually go darker with the makeup but didn’t want to do so much with all the humidity…something lighter seemed more wearable today.
I do have dark features (blonde hair in my pfp is a wig), so I did darker grey as you suggested for an alternative. I countered this with more of the light color at the end, and blended it. It gave it a lot more depth than I normally get so I think I’m going to add that lighter step in the future.
Tip: I have a purple setting powder, and this really helps with not only setting the face makeup but it also gives a slightly “sick” look when I have all the dark eye makeup. This is my go-to rather than white setting powder or lighter foundation to make it more wearable at work.

I’ve always loved your eye tutorials so much and watched them and learned stuff regardless of our different eye shapes but it definitely makes it easier when our eye shapes are more similar. I loved the show! It’s dark and spooky, but really wholesome at the same time. I do enjoy shows aimed towards teens for that reason. (Not adult shows about teens, like euphoria) I don’t always want to be bombarded with “adult themes”.
I haven’t watched it yet because I don’t currently have Netflix but I’ve enjoyed the therapist reacts videos here on TH-cam.
