How to paint the Witch-king of Angmar

- horseback. As he's pretty much the same on horseback, I'll be starting with the on foot miniature, then painting up the horse after. You can follow the same directions painting him up on foot as on the back of the horse. It's a great miniature, and will look excellent smiting the forces of good on the battlefield.

Just brought that minature, assembled mine as a generic wraith this will come in handy.
Nice! It’s such a quality miniature, I wouldn’t mind another to build as a normal wraith. Hoping they release a plastic box of wraiths one day! :)
Every time you post a lotr painting video it makes me want to return to middle earth. Then I remember all of the models I still have unpainted. One day I'll get back into lotr but not this day.

@@BrushandBoltgun I still have all of my old models which will be repainted at some point. But only after I finish my infinity collection, then there are the two warhammer quest boxes. My hobby goal for next year is to not buy any more models...
Haha! I’ll keep everything crossed for you! I said that when the necrons got an update in 7th Edition 40k… I have at least one more army for 40k and three new games systems with an army for each since 🤦♂️

That paint job looks so good dude. If you want to use him, but don't have an army to run him in, ally him into your Isengard army, and take a few normal Orcs as his warband. Keep up the good work, and look forward to maybe seeing some more LotR content!

Hey dude I know I’m late to the video but I was wondering if there was a “simpler” way because I’m just tryna paint quickly and put them on the battle field, so if there was a few paints that I could substitute or steps I could skip past a little that would be great, thanks and the video helped a lot anyway
Cheers Supersheep648, very much appreciated. :) Yeah, rather than painting all the ridges you could do drybrushing of the greys, so start with a heavier drybrush of German Grey, then a lighter one of Mechanicus Standard Grey, and finally a few extreme highlights with Dawnstone. For the silver you could just drybrush the metallic over the black. :)
