Super cool idea to have a bigger dedicated space away from your home , at your mums place. Gets you that extra needed business space ,gets you out of your regular environment and you get to see your mum (if she's home). Nice.❤❤❤❤

Thank you Minnie, you're videos are always a pleasure to watch, thanks for sharing with us. I've been subscribed to your channel since circa 2017, and I don't think I've missed many of your videos.
If you don't mind me asking you a question, do you actually own a company to conduct your business and deal with payments and tax etc..? or are you just working all by yourself as a freelancer ?
I'm actually from an African country, and I've found great difficulties to manage and deal with e-commerce and digital payment platforms, or even receive payments.
But recently I've found some companies that can act as an agent for you to start LLC's in either the UK or the US, I really don't know much about any of this stuff, and I wanted to ask your opinion weather this would actually work and if it is a good idea, or if you have any info about any of this.

Hi there, I’m not Minnie, but I have experience with what you are asking about re: setting up an LLC as a foreigner. I’m from South Africa and I registered my LLC in New Mexico, USA through a registered agent. I had to do a few other things too, like register for an EIN number, get a US phone number, etc. But I’m now able to get a Stripe account and can receive payments easily. Worth it for me. That's actually really great news for me, I had a lot of doubts about this entire process, But now you got me really excited to try this.
And yes I would like to know and understand a few things, like first of all, I would appreciate it if you shared with me the agent that you used, since I'm worried I might run into some scammers online, Also it would be nice to have a ball park figure of how much I would need to pay for everything*, including the LLC formation by the agent, phone number, and any additional fees, I'm also curious to weather there are any reoccurring fees, for example; do I have to keep paying the agent some kind of subscription fee indefinitely ?
And I want to know about the taxes, Do you pay the taxes in the US or in SA ? and how ?
And finally just give me any tips you can think of from your experience, and anything that I might need to know.
