    • INGREDIENTS •
    600 ml thickened cream
    1 can, 380 ml evaporated milk
    gelatine powder, unswetened and unflavoured:
    2 tablespoons - if serving upside down
    1 1/2 tablespoons - if serving in glasses
    3/4 cup white sugar
    1 tablespoon vanilla
    crumbed ube cake, optional
    ~You may also sprinkle 1 1/2 tablespoons of gelatine powder over 8 tablespoons of cold water and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes until it swells or “blooms” before adding to heated milk and cream.
