    I also thought that the worst panic attack I had was a seizure

    I hear Jordan talk about "The body keeps the score" If you havent yet looked it you, you can definitly find a free PDF about it online. It has been one of the best books that i have read in my ongoing battle with DPDR. It gave me some hopeful insights into how i should address my trauma, still working thru and in the middle of my healing process (i think) from alot of information that i have taken away from that book.

    Hey Jordan I apreciate your content. I just had a question to weather vision changes is a common symptom. Mine changed suddenly along with the onset of all the other symptoms.

      Visiual changes is very common because when the body goes into fight or flight response, the pulipls dilate, letting in more light.

    what about blank mind is normal to feel disconnected with my mind like my mind is emty and i feel weird that i can’t control my mind ?😅

      its called brain fog very common along with anxiety related disorders like dpdr

    im struggling more with fatigue i feel groggy throuout the day and i cant concetrate and i feel like im going crazy is this part of the symptoms

      Yes. Just quit stimulants and sleep better. It's your brain trying to heal
